If possible, you should attempt to cite the source of that information, Iamtutut (and maybe links, too), or else say that you do not know the source or that you do not have any links.  It should be easy for anyone to verify the accuracy of what you posted and maybe even to build upon the information to any extent feasible.  I know that we might not have access to all of the information and sometimes even you might be getting the information from other incomplete sources, but if we have that information, we should provide it when posting.

I am thinking that the latest post is from portions of the affidavit of Andreas Antonopolis.. but I might be wrong.. I cannot tell from your post.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Yep it is probably from one of those documents that is linked in those court documents.... I am not sure which one of the documents either from Iamtutut's post.

I'm a bit sad he hasn't come after me or other Bitcointalkers yet -- what are we, chopped liver? This is his forum, after all (supposedly).

My bet is there are peops here who could put him away for a long time and he knows it.

I think he has bigger problems.

Craigy's legal failure rate keeps up its 100% record.

https://twitter.com/hodlonaut/status/1269999617413984261

This is only regarding jurisdiction and so is only the beginning of this particular failure but my spidey senses are telling me what the likelihood of the outcome will be...

Come on Craiglets, PLEASE show us one instance where he actually succeeded. I'm getting desperate now.

I am no fucktwat supporter, but he has succeeded in keeping a bunch of dimwits following him and keeping a scam alive for many years... including forking off and maintaining some value in the market cap.  I don't know if he is making any money in regards to how much capital he has had to inject or if might have a way to exit scam with any profits (sure that is future versus past)... .

If he ends up in jail that should not be considered profitable, but I doubt that we know enough about his personal finances or how much debt he might be running to hold up various smoke and mirror appearances in order that dimwits filled with hopium are going to continue to prop up his ongoing scam project.. or maybe he can stack away some of the float, too.

You are correct but I was thinking more along the lines of actual achievements beyond conning and lying as I'm a real old fuddy duddy and call that type of behaviour real success.

I've no doubt he'll come out with far more money than he went in with but that'll mean he's still the same piece of excrement he was before he turned up in Bitcoinland and defecated on our laps.
