Because the difficulty changes generally up therefore less blocks and coins. It would be an estimate of the current difficulty |

I'm moving elsewhere too. I really like this pool but the constant scoring problems are getting frustrating. |

I see the UVC scoring has been stuck for nearly 6hrs now, this has been happening often recently but I'm not aware of anyone losing coins as a result. Annoying if you want to cash out before the problem is fixed tho so I can understand why you might decide to move. |

Scoring of UVC blocks was delayed for about 6 hours -- it has now been fixed.
The per-block estimates were likely off because of rising difficulty, but also because the block reward amount used for estimates was incorrect. The original UniversityCoin ANN thread said they were using consistent block rewards of 1000 but at the relaunch they made them variable, according to the following schedule:
Block numbers: reward
201 - 1000: 300 UVC
1000 - 2000: 400 UVC
2000 - 3000: 500 UVC
3000 - the end: 1000 UVC

It's been there all day so I don't know that it's a cache issue. |
