^ cmc does not list instant exchanges.

But if the project team expand their marketplace exchange activities just like kyberswap which also an instant exchange and listed on CMC, CMC will add their marketplace.

I don't know where your problem with confirmation come from but I always try to avoid using Bitcoin when I exchange my GOLD on Gold marketplace. Indeed, I choose Ethereum to exchange GOLD to ETH, then if I still want to own Bitcoin rather than Ethereum, I will send those Ethereum to get bitcoin back. It takes one more step to do compares to simply exchange GOLD to bitcoin.

The advantage is saving fees and waiting time to get enough confirmations.

To add in above conversation, If user closes the tab/browser mistakenly then gold website loses the track of transaction, so always use email to get the link to the transaction. Having it will save time for both parties.

My problem basically lies in the lack of experience with Ethereum under stress conditions. As Bitcoin network is getting crowded (now and then, I know), I expect Ethereum network follow the same trend, exactly because some people will switch to Ethereum to solve their problems.

The thing that made me worry was the fact I am quite low on gas because of last month incident and now the fees are a bit higher than my actual gas (of course, I will handle this in the near future).

However, different platforms handle different the problem:
* some make the trade when the money arrives, just the rate may be different because of the market conditions
* some may reject the trade / send the money back
* some have it unhandled

Since I didn't find anything written, I thought I ask, so it'll be in the benefit of everybody.

And the conclusion is, as @libert19 wrote, to make sure an e-mail address is written, so extra headaches are avoided

Yes, that's how the marketplace works. Having such links for transactions was only a suggestion.
I suggested adding ID for every transaction made in GOLD marketplace and the link includes that ID. In this case, we can track the transaction using the ID in future without any need to use an email address.

You're right and even if the link is not found the Gold market place exchange are instantly executed, you sent the require Gold token to the provided wallet address, the amount in ETH/BTC will be send to the wallet address provided once the requred transaction confirmation is reach. But, it better to always provide an email as said by @libert19 . However, i never have an issue with BTC payment even when the traffic was high and I'm surprised how the Gold team do it.

Thank you for your suggestion. Perhaps in the future we will implement such things. Now it no so important. During the year of marketplace transactions we had a few situations with transactions and all of them were figured our though our online support service. If there was no mail, then it will be enough to know the time of payment and the transferred amount.
