With the network condition of Bitcoin, I think it is a good time for GOLD team to think of the future appearance and integration of USDT on Gold marketplace. You can integrate USDT in 2 gates, on OMNI layer, and on ERC20. To have faster transaction speed and cheaper transaction fees for USDT orders, the second one - ERC20, is better.

Many exchanges (Binance, ie.) has 3 gates for USDT: OMNI, ERC20, and TRC20.

I just found out if the BTC payment transaction is still in a long queue.
But when I choose to do CANCEL ORDER, will the GOLD Token be sent back to the first address?

You should not cancel your order.

 We are currently experiencing temporary issues with BTC transactions on the marketplace. We are working on resolving this. Once it is resolved, the pending BTC transaction will arrive to your wallet, or either you will be refunded with GOLD tokens.

I dont think there's a need for them to integrate USDT since they also offer stablecoin which is even better than USDT and with my findings it only BTC payment that currently have problem it will be better if people choose ETH which they later swap to BTC through myether wallet or an exchange.

The usecase for USDT is GOLD is a stable one but it has not yet been listed on too many exchanges. In turn, people have to convert their GOLD to ETH if they want to move their funds to exchanges to trade. ETH, itself is not a stable altcoin. Having USDT is good, and if it is not good, it does not bring anything bad to the GOLD marketplace, in my opinion.

If there are not many technical issues or requirements to integrate USDT on GOLD marketplace, I expect to see it later.

I guess there are something not work properly on GOLD marketplace. I tried to swap my GOLD tokens to ETH, and created 3 orders (I created multiple orders because they failed to load receiving addresses on GOLD marketplace). For all three orders I tried, all of them failed to created those addresses even I tried to wait for 5 minutes for each order. It is my first time I experience the problem on GOLD marketplace (continuously loading).

My transaction was completed about 10 hours ago.  The transaction you made may be normal and not too many queues of BTC transactions are delayed in the market.  The BTC transaction that I made was completed within 12 hours because of the many transaction queues.  at the moment without it is normal again

In this case, the problem was not in the BTC transaction queues, but on our side. Technical specialists fixed this problem with BTC transactions, but the same problem with ETH appeared. Now they fixing it. Our marketplace, like any exchange, sometimes experience technical problems. This is a normal process. The main thing is that the GOLD token is a stablecoin and it cannot fall 1.5-2 times in 10 hours, like bitcoin.

I think working remotely could be the one the reason why their site is experiencing technical problems but I'm sure everything will be fix dur the knowledge level of the project teams but i think it will be better if the team also use this medium to include the support for BTC "bc1" wallet address.

Thank you for the detailed explanation. While using the DIGITAL GOLD Marketplace platform, only this time I experienced a late payment. Thank you to the technical specialists who have fixed this problem.

I would prefer to confirm that my exchange from GOLD to ETH yesterday (a few hours ago) was done within a short waiting time, just a few minutes, maybe around 5 minutes. The site is back and the smoothly exchange process is back too.

To be honest, this is my first time I have my own experience on charged storage fees of my GOLD tokens. That is not too bad (as some people complained in the past).

I hope you are all staying safe and have your smooth exchanges on Gold marketplace. In the meantime, I am patiently waiting for more announcements on new products which have been under developed.

For people with conservative spirit I recommend them to consider using gold token as a long term investment and make sure you will get your profit.
As a suggestion for market place, I guess you can add the USDT/GOLD trading pair and let us buy and sell golds with the USDT.

However, Since I trust the marketplace more than exchanges I used your official website. After doing an exchange from GOLD to BTC a few minutes ago as my first experience, I would like to say the trade was smooth, safe and super fast. So, I can confirm the BTC/GOLD trading pair is currently fixed and working perfectly as it should be.
