It seems that Celtic have more promise of qualifying in the Europa League than qualification in the Champions League, but considering the opponents they are facing at the moment I think they are equally strong. Even though in the previous qualifiers Celtic could win easily against Jablonec, it still can't make this result a guarantee this time will win easily too. But even so, I personally really believe Celtic will really take advantage of this first leg to be able to win big, because they are playing at home. Also, the imperfect results obtained by AZ Alkmaar in starting the Eredivisie league seems to be an obstacle for him to be able to match Celtic at home.

a few days ago, Az Alkmaar suffered a defeat against Waalwijk in the Dutch league and of course it was a big loss, because in that match Alkmaar was more dominant and also favored to win, I think this defeat will make Alkmaar try hard to win at face celtic and of course they will try their best to qualify for the next round, however, winning at home to celtic is also not an easy matter, because so far Ccltic are in pretty good form and they are unbeaten when playing at home , so far, celtic have played 4 home matches and celtic managed to get 3 wins and 1 draw, so this shows that the match against celtic will certainly be a difficult match for Alkmaar later.

Disaster! That's the word for my team CFR Cluj last night as they were destroyed by Red Star Belgrade with 4-0 giving them absolute no chances to dream of a qualification. Why this big score ? Because CFR defensive players had such a bad night that it was so hard for me to watch the game because as soon as the midfielders and strikers of CFR balanced the game, our defenders will ruing everything and concede another goal and so on.

Tonight I stick with my original pick ; Both team to score and Alkmaar to qualify.

Slavia Prague is widely favored, also for a question of experience: a match with at least three goals and with both teams scoring. It could be an important step towards accessing the next Europa League for Prague.

Was really expect from Crvena Zvezda to destroy Cluj. I have watched Cluj the entire qualifcations and they dont play good at all on the europe stage,while in their league they won all. But Cluj dosent have such good players for Europe competitions

The only game of today is going on between Celtic and AZ Alkmaar right now. We have left 30 minutes behind and Celtic are leading 1-0 now. And I see that Celtic have a better performance than their competitor also. I assume Celtic will manage to win this game by 1 goal. It might be 2-1 or 3-2.

Interesting matches scheduled for tomorrow in Europa League and there are some clear favorites like Rangers and Fenerbahce but odds are very low on the to win.
It's not easy to predict other matches so playing on goals and over for Rangers and Fenerbahce matches looks like a best bet for me.
I think they will try to finish the job in first half, and Galatasaray away win looks like a solid bet, maybe even more secure draw-no-bet away win.

Celtic were the favourites going into the game, and it's understandable, they've messed things up over recent years in the qualifiers and they probably might at least get in Europa League this year.

They've taken a 1-0 lead into halftime but it's still pretty much anyone's game to win.

I guess the favorites both went through then. Celtic added another goal and now have a good cushion but this was a home game so Az should have a chance to make up that gap in the following leg,,, but it already looks like Crvena Zvedza vs Celtic. I would say the favorite to go through is the Czech team here. Celtic are a faded team

Celtic - AZ was an easy win, now I need to wait for tonight's games. The one that worries me the most is Slavia - Warsaw as I put Slavia winning but I am not very much convinced anymore. Now it is done, I will wait and hopefully I will win. Given all the bets I am seeing on this thread many here share my views, let's hope the majority is right.

I am not very experienced with those teams but regarding your comment about relatively easy games, I wonder how Galatasaray, 2nd in Turkish league, got only 1 point vs a Danish team classed 6 last season? Now Fenerbahce is playing vs HJK and the result is 0-0 after 28 minutes. Turkish teams along with their national team dropped a lot in performance imo.
