Marseille - Galatasaray game ended in a 0-0 draw. We watched a quite balanced game in the first half. I was impressed by Galatasaray's big effort to get ahead also. They were really close to scoring one goal in this half but the goalkeeper saved the shot very well. In the second half, Marseille started dominating the game completely. Galatasaray were able to take only one shot which was not even on target. But they still resisted Marseille and secured one point at the end. Marseille should be unhappy with this result.

And it seems like the winner will be able to win by a very close margin if we have a winner at the end.

In this phase of Europa League matches we have no surprise because most of the teams done their job perfectly Braga came from behind and won match by 3 - 1 Leverkusen give some good lesson to Celtic who was very good at home now already lost 2 out of 2 matches West Ham is also going with his perfect record and now have 6 points from 2 matches Lazio and Zagreb also done their good job and won their matches just French side Marseille fail to end deadlock against Turkish side Galatasaray with 0 - 0 and with this result Turkish side is leading in this group and Marseille is spot at third position now in next match they are going to face Lazio which mean more bad result for them, and they are out of this competition.

I am so confident that English teams will do well in this season's Europa. Even though Leicester want to prove otherwise, they will still do well at the end. Not withstanding that Leicester faced with better side of Italy, I didn't expect this poor start from them. Personally, I don't like betting on europa matches. I see them as clubs of equal strength, it's always difficult for me to predict. I always feel comfortable to predict europa when the big guys that could not make it in UCL joins them in Europa.
Westham could make England proud. Those guys are determined for success.

^ I will have to disagree with you there mate. Yes, English League teams are decent, actually, all the teams in Europa League are somewhat of equal strength. But I think this season Italian teams will excel in Europa League. Just look at how good Napoli has been playing in Italian League. They are first over there competing with teams like Inter, Milan, and Roma. Lazio is even placed 6th. Napoli has been playing so well this season and has won every match in their league and they have got a solid defense with conceding only 2 goals in 6 matches. On the other hand, West Ham is placed 7th and Leicester is placed 13th. So I'm guessing Italian teams will do better over English teams.

Even if Napoli had been down with ten men, that can't be an excuse for conceding 3 goals especially when they had the time and reorganize in halftime. Spartak plays smart, press accordingly, and manages to score more than enough to turn the game. Now things in this group look difficult for them but again Napoli can turn this around and qualify in the next phase. Btw who will think that Legia will be on the top with 2 wins in 2 matches...

Two unexpected results leicister lost to legia who are struggling on the polish league and napoli lost to spartak moscow at home with an odd of 14 the early goal for napoli should have made it easier for them but then a mistake caused them the red card which changed the course of the match.

I predict the second half will be more difficult for Napoli because Spartak will take their chances and improve their game. The result was quite surprising because the final score of the match was 2-3 for Spartak Moscow's victory. I agree that it shouldn't be an excuse for Napoli even while they are in a situation like that. Because they are still a far better team than Spartak Moscow and it was a home match also. They conceded 3 goals and were able to only decrease the goal difference to one. Napoli must be unpleased with this result but they will move on and continue to perform great in the Serie A in my opinion.

Having an experience Moyes,I think he has been brilliant with the team frommthe onset.

Honestly i was expecting a draw at Zagreb,but they won easily against Dinamo there.For Rapid i was expecting that they destroy them even had over 2.5 goals on that match but ended just 2:0.Sadly VAR cancelled out the penalty for Rapid.But like you said they are performing really good and can go far in Europe League.

Even though Marseille dominated the game, the overall match looked stagnant. We Can All See It In The Statistics. Marseille was only able to give 3 shots on goal from 11 attempts, while Galatasaray only had 1 shot on goal from 6 attempts.

With this result Galatasaray became the temporary leader of Group E and Marseille was in third place.

As I watched the match I can agree with it. I mean just looking at statics generally give glimpse to us but draw in match was definitely not lucky one. Galatasaray defence looked pretty much solid full match with minor mistakes. I really like right back, Boey. Marseille on the other hand dominated the match wasn't very productive (even less productive than Lazio. Galatasaray deserved that point and leading position in group with that defense. But I wonder if this will keep going. Galatasaray may fail next time against Russian team if they get too relaxed with the position.

Lokomotiv Moscow got one point against Marseille and a 2-0 defeat against Lazio in their last game. Galatasaray played against them in 2018 away last and Lokomotiv Moscow were the side that won the game by 2-0. It was a Champions League game. It is really hard to predict the result of this game. But as long as Galatasaray don't improve their performance, they will have a big problem in this game most probably.

Either they are not good in Premier League they are not bad as well having 11 points from 6 games and just 3 points away from top is also good record for them. In last season they were staying in top 4 for some long time but chock badly at the end and qualify for Europa League where they are on their best and in Premier League they have only one defeat which happen against Manchester United in other matches they are producing good results, and they still have margin of improving as they have very competitive side which are performing in all conditions.

I am hoping for good result at the end of season again from them, and they can go through in some better position in Europa League as well.

They let Genk have the ball and waited for their chances. We really needed to win this game to boost the morale. The next game is vs. Rapid in Wien. After a game like last night Rapid shouldn't be much of a problem, but with Dinamo you never know.

But I wouldn't underestimate West Ham at all in regards to making it far during this championship. Every now and then they are able to beat one of the big teams or deliver them a very tough fight. They'll probably qualify for next round here and then everything is possible for them, especially in front of their own audience.

Agreed. Dinamo is well known for losing matches that they should win easily. Even the last match against Genk could have gone wrong if Genk had scored first. Who knows how Dinamo players would react. Situations like that are where a good coach should show his ability to boost team's morale. Personally I think that Dinamo would lose that game if Genk scored first.

I am feeling Legia is doing good in this group in next match they are going against Napoli which is good team but in last two matches they have done 4 goals and have 5 goals against them in Legia case they score only 2 goals and have now against them.

It means that they have something good, and they can contain Napoli because their recent match was not good after having lead they lost by 2 - 3, In my view they are not taking seriously this Europa League and want to have better record in local league so just because of this they are not doing tough like they are doing in their local league.
