Title contenders for sure of course, but Europa League? They are in Champions League this season:)

I would not call Manchester United a strong team because their midfield is fragile, and their right back position is weak so mark my words Manchester United season won’t be as strong as you’ll think. However if they manage to buy a holding midfielder and buy a better right back player then only I’ll call them a strong team.

What ? Midfield fragile ? With Pogba , Bruno , Mctominay , Mata ? Are you kidding us ? This is one of the strongest midfield in EPL right now because Bruno was already in a great form but with pogba being near it's peak , it's almost impossible to not admit this team as a great one for this year. Yea maybe they miss a player here and there , but every team has this problems. I'm willing to take a bet that United will finish top 2 in EPL.

Exactly what I was thinking too Juggy,,, are you kidding about the midfield? I believe if you look at the whole EPL they have the strongest midfield there by a long distance and we are not even putting in the failed wonderkid Donny vd Beek. Right Back is it not also Wan Bissaka who is one of the best in his position? Bruno was by most standards the best midfielder last season and Pogba well,,, he used to be the best in Italy but maybe now with 4 assists in his first game he will recover.

I think Manchester United have a pretty solid and strong midfield and Manchester United still have Fred and Nemanja Matic as back-ups in that sector which I think all Manchester United midfield players are arguably the strongest in the EPL.
and the presence of Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes and Scott McTominay have made Manchester United's midfield very solid and if anyone says Manchester United's line is weak or bad, it seems that there is something wrong with their assessment.

Probably the reason, for this year we will see better and more balanced teams, is because many weaker clubs ended up going to the UEFA Europa Conference League.

I am not so sure about that. You really only have a handful of very strong teams. From what I can tell, this year isn't necessarily stronger than last year's teams. I do not really think that we have a much much stronger europa league this season, last season's teams playing versus this year's teams would have been a clear winner for last year if you ask me. Europa is usually filled with like 4-5 good teams, and then the rest is just there to fill the games and that's it. I get that it is still making a lot of money for the clubs but it is really not a big deal to many big clubs who do not end up winning it all.

If I am West Ham, I want to either win the whole thing, or I should not give a damn at all, save the fatigue the players will have, and you can't know beforehand so you play the players a lot, and then they get tired and if you lose, you already lost some points because your players were tired and you still didn't get anything. Champions league is a whole different level, it is not even close to each other.

This is really like a Champions League group to be honest. Galatasaray will have a really big difficulty in promoting to the next round. Lazio and Marseille are the toughest ones in this group.

What's wrong with Group C? Napoli and Leicester will go on. Legia play so-so, average, Spartak even worse. Although I'll probably even go to the Spartak vs Leicester match, because I've been a Leicester fan for eight years or more, and the game takes place in my home country, but I'm sure that neither Spartak nor Legia will be able to compete with Napoli and Leicester. So I don't know what your doubts are about this group...

I agree, we can predict the teams that can go to the next round. It looks like we will watch a contentious struggle in only 2 or 3 groups. The matches of Group E and Group H can be more exciting than other groups.

The situation is almost the same as in the Champions League - that is why there is little point in watching this stage of the competition. Although I should note that here the level of the participants is more even, and the favorites have less motivation, so the results are likely to be more random.

I would say that Lazio and Marseille have the first chance but Galata made some really great transfers lately as they took the best players from Romanian league and a few others from another countries so don't expect Gatala to be happy with 3rd place. Personally, I would choose Galata and Lazio to move over the group stage.

I think group E and group H are teams that are at least in the same level or at least not much different, if in other groups have 1 to 2 dark horse teams but in these 2 groups E and H in my view there are no dark horses. But yeah, maybe it's not something important and not a benchmark because basically, when a team has qualified and entered this stage at least they are great teams who are very likely to make a lot of surprises later. But if I can predict which team will advance to the Finals, I think West Ham deserves to be considered this season.

Honestly Monaco will have a lot of troubles in the group stage of Europe league. With both Real Sociedad and PSV it will be extremly hard for them to go into the next stage. It will be really difficult for Monaco to cross the group stage and go to the next round. PSV and Real Sociedad are good teams. However, Monaco is not a weak team. They often perform better than expected. But it will be difficult to predict which team will qualify to the next round.
