I'm a real madrid fan but in my opinion what happened last season that made us win the la liga was that we were very lucky.

To be much stronger than all opponents you call luck?  
Real Madrid had a great season and the fact that other teams was in crisis cannot detract from Real excellent performance and results.

Barcelona should realize that now the stability of the club is more important for them to think about than looking for expensive players, if barcelona continues to force themselves to recruit expensive players then it will only worsen their financial condition later, barcelona should be able to do the same like this season, namely taking advantage of the existing squad and looking for some free players who will not burden their finances, even though this season Barcelona failed to win the trophy but in my opinion Xavi managed to get Barcelona back up and their become competitors in La Liga only with the existing players and I think they can do it again next season.

I get that spending a lot of money on expensive players is a bad idea when you have debt, but dropping your revenue that much is also a bad idea, I would prefer to spend 50 million and be in the same debt as not spending it but earn 50 million less revenue because I suck.
Barcelona needs to find that right balance where they are spending just enough, but earning more than that from the wins so that they would be making a profit. Not an easy thing to do, but quite possible.

I personally think it is quite hard to manage for Barcelona right now and it will be a lot better if they just stay away from making any type of big transfers right now. That is the only way they will be able to reduce all the debt that they have effectively. But during that time the results are not going to be good for Barcelona. And if they can take that they will be able to make a strong comeback. For now, I think they should not spend too much at all.

Last season Barcelona slumped at the start of the season and then they were able to rise up to finish in 2nd place in the final standings. I think that for this season Barcelona will be able to compete closely with Real Madrid to win the title so I have no doubt that La Liga will be competitive and interesting again and especially now Barcelona continues to improve their team in a better direction.

The points and goal difference is enough to state that Madrid won their league with quality games and good performances there is nothing like luck surrounding their success last season. If Barcelona had started strong maybe they would have competed with Madrid for the title but while they suffered their crisis Madrid were gathering their points. Looks like you're replying to a pretty old post. but there is nothing wrong but the views may not be good for replying to posts that are 2 years old.

Each team is able to recruit young players from their academy 1 or 2 players to enter the main squad. but some big clubs with sound finances prefer to bring in star players in the summer as PSG, Manchester City and Liverpool did this summer. if barcelona's financial condition is not healthy i think the option to register players from La Masia will be their option.
