It looks terrible when they try to make noise. With their finance, they should spend money very carefully and avoid to make expensive transfers as well as too high salary for their players.

I think, it will be difficult for Barcelona to sign in Raphinha and Lewandowski at the same time because their managements don't have such money to acquire two talented strikers in this season.
