Well they also lost 1 - 2 in a home game against an underdog. They are by far not that dominance ant and reliable as they used to be. They shouldn't have sold Suarez who is now the top scorer of the strongest contender for the championship. That decision was just dumb. Suarez is always good for a goal and certainly an offender who guaranteed scores 20 + goals. Atlético is also ahead in head-to-head against Barcelona and Real Madrid in front against both of them.

We cannot say La Liga is not exciting this season.

Yes, in the rest of this season the domination of big clubs is starting to fade. Even predictions of winning are easily wrong, small clubs are able to provide fierce resistance. Atletico, Madrid and Barca have both been held by low-level clubs. I don't know if this is an improvement or a setback by the La Liga domination team. The latest news I heard, Mendy was injured. He was diagnosed with tibial periostitis and will have to miss the next few weeks.

None of the top 4 teams face each other in the final 3 matches. The odds of Atletico to win the title is still 1.8x. Which seems to be a decent gamble. Odds for RM to win the title is about 2.7x. Barcelona at 3x. Which one would you be interested in? if these are the odds?

I'm stuck to my own team of course which is Barca, and I guess looking at the value, the odds are commiserating with the actual chances. Atletico CAN win all three games, but seem to have the toughest opponents, while Barca has the easiest. On paper of course we all know nothing is real as Granada still taught Barca a lesson but lost to Betis;)

Barcelona should be really careful in this game. They shouldn't underestimate Levante. Because Levante beat Atletico Madrid away and got another point against them home also. Now things are more serious for the title and I assume Barcelona will be fully-focused on this game. I expect them to win with a 1 or 2-goal difference.

Koeman has other plans by selling Suarez and that is a very wrong decision, because Koeman has to build a team from the ground up again that basically Suarez at Barcelona is fine, so I don't think there's a good reason Koeman let him go. But yes, until towards the end of the season Koeman can get Barcelona back on track and hopefully next season can be even better. Speaking of LaLiga's top scorer so far the reality is that Messi remains the highest with 28 goals, Suarez is 4th with 19 goals at the time of writing.

Personally, I think Barcelona missed their chance for the title in the match against Atletico.
Barcelona have entered this season very badly, they have lost too many matches and points and now it is very difficult to make up for it.
I doubt Atletico will miss the opportunity given to them to win the title and for Barcelona it is better to start preparing for the next season.
If I remember correctly, Levante created a lot of problems for Atletico and therefore it is important for Barcelona players not to underestimate them.

A new opportunity for Barca to be at the top, even if it was to be temporarily, waiting for both Madrid sides to stumble tomorrow and the day after .
What happened in the past weeks makes us sure that everyone has the chances because the three clubs are not at its best .

This is not the La Liga of the times of Guardiola or Frank Rijkaard, this is La liga 2021.

It was really a shocking result to me. I was nervous about the possibility that Levante might get a point. And they did it. Actually, after Barcelona brought the score to 2-0, I thought that was it. But I really appreciated Levante's huge comeback. Barcelona shouldn't have made a mistake here. Now, Atletico and Real both could get quite ahead of Barcelona if they both win their games. Messi should be very angry with his team due to the result.

It really should have been pretty easy for Barcelona, they had the game under control, I'm still bemused how a team of Barcelona's quality can throw away a two goal lead and two points as well to Levante at this crucial time of the season, it basically shows they are not all out to be champions, I'm now rooting for Athletico Madrid to win the title, I think they deserve it more.

Koeman isn't the major problem at the camp Nou, I'll blame the hierarchy at Barcelona for some of the mess the club is in, both on and off the field, so many wrong decisions have been made at Barcelona in the past few years, a lot has to change in the club for them to regain their status we've become accustomed to.

Personally I thought it as well. Didn't expect that Barcelona will make a draw against Levante. Even I thought, Barcelona willl win all of the last three games in this season. Anyway, Barcelona lost the opportunity to get the first position in point table. Now I'm not expecting anything from them in their next two matches. Probably Atlético going to have the title of this season. Real Madrid have slight chance too.

I am the only one surprised to see Atlhetico up there? It is not a high budget team, it is not outstanding in any particular area of the field and it does not have anything that other teams have. It is the perfect example of how you can thrive on others misfortunes. Not to mention that is not having a great performance outside Spain. Is the typical case in which I would have lost my bet.
