I was surprised when AC Milan did not give a new contract to Franck Kessie even though his performance last season was quite impressive with AC Milan and was able to present the Scudetto title. Maybe Barcelona are very lucky to get it especially without having to spend money. kessie is a very strong central midfielder with good ball control and a very accurate passer. We will wait for De Jong decision whether he wants to stay with Barcelona or choose to leave this summer. if he stays maybe kessie is the right partner in guarding the midfield with Gavi/pedri.

I have heard like Milan couldn't register Kessie to the team for some reason. But it doesn't make sense to me. Because he played for them last season in the end. His performance wasn't bad too therefore I would expect them to prioritize him for that position again. It looks like Milan didn't want him at the team anymore and just released him. Barcelona were really fast about going for him and finishing the deal after he became free agent. Kessie would strengthen their midfield more.

I don't think a club as big as Barcelona would do something like that, especially when we talk about salary, increasing De Jong's salary will only increase Barcelona's financial burden. In a difficult situation like this Barcelona need to reduce the club's financial burden not add to the burden with a salary increase system and will cause controversy by only increasing the salary of one player

In this case, I haven't seen any news about those who actually refused because talks about De Jong are still being carried out even though there is no agreement there.
Actually, I still hope that Barcelona doesn't make this too difficult, especially with their current condition, which is still quite difficult from a financial point of view. but apart from that it is possible they also have their own views for De Jong and want to keep it up to the end.

So here are two new faces at Barcelona this season who were brought in for free from their respective old teams. It seems that Barcelona are hunting for more free-transfer players in the market because they don't have much money. But signing both "Kessie and Christensen" is still a pretty good choice considering both are still productive age for a player.

The arrival of these two players is expected to help Barcelona's defense and midfield this season and I really hope they become important players at the club from their first season. Christensen may be plotted as a replacement for Pique who is already quite weak at defender, while Kessie is expected to help Busquest more rest throughout this season. If De Jong stays then I think Barcelona's midfield will be good enough for this season where De Jong - Pedri - Kessie are expected to make the team more balanced in midfield.

Of course this is far from being 100% true. Barcelona got ride from some wages but they still have to go easy and not pass the limit with all new signing and potential ones eventually.
As you see, De Jong is not in, because his departure is very high the next season.

There is no denying that Frenkie de Jong played quite well as a Barcelona midfielder, I think selling him and signing a striker, doesn't that weaken Barcelona's midfield?

There are still various news about Frenkie de Jong's situation now. Sometimes we hear like he is joining Manchester United soon but sometimes it is just the opposite. Maybe they would still sell him if they reach an agreement. Barcelona have Aubameyang, yes but they still want a solid striker like Lewandowski too. Their job is really difficult about that deal though. Bayern Munich might manage to keep him still at the end of the transfer window.

I read this news and I was shocked, because if by chance cristiano ronaldo were to play in barcelona, barcelona fans would be demanding a lot from cristiano ronaldo, that's because they would be comparing cristiano ronaldo and messi. but it would be nice to see how cristiano ronaldo would do at barcelona, he is a player who has no difficulty adapting to any team, and at barcelona it would be no different and from what i understand, he is looking for a team that has clear goals, and xavi could give him what he wants

I don't think, Ronaldo will leave Manchester united now in this season,because he need to improve the team for people to believed that Ronaldo is among the best strikers in the whole world. I don't think, Barcelona president has such amount of money to buy only one striker because Ronaldo will like to receive salary that is more than what he is receiving in Manchester united. I believe, this is just a rumour because Barcelona president will not like to bring in Ronaldo into the team than to allow those talented strikers that have more interest on Barcelona to come in so that they will be able to perform well in next season.

In my personal opinion, Christiano Ronaldo is better off staying at Manchester United and helping the team in his old age before retiring even though Manchester United will not be in the Champions League next season. But Manchester United would be better off if they could win the Europa League for next season and that would make Cristiano Ronaldo even better. Because considering his age is not young anymore.

Even media creating serious hype about Ronaldo's transfer but most chances it's not going to happen because Ronaldo is already fitting new coach's system here in Manchester United, and he will not do anything which bring some controversy about him and his career with Barcelona and Chelsea are both speculating things about this transfer. Robert Lewandowski saga is already in the middle of rumors and now Ronaldo is also involved, which is surely just hype and nothing serious.
