it's very funny when you see people mocking Benzema just because of a small accident, after all every football player must have missed a penalty kick

i agree, i could almost say that Benzema single handedly got them La Liga and Champions League last year, things could have been way different if he wasn't playing, and so far they don't have a player that can replace him as a striker, they can't let him go yet, if i was a manager i would still fight to keep him in the team unless his performance decreases drastically.

Real Madrid must have drawn with Osasuna because they have to play Shakhtar in the Champions League soon. Although I think Real Madrid will have no problem winning this game, they decided to keep their strengths early on. Osasuna were just lucky that they were able to score.

It's still a loss because with this result now they have to overtake Barcelona and actually I expected more from them in this match but indeed they couldn't maximize their advantage in number of players and the quality of their players.
Shakhtar in the Champions League can't actually be used as an excuse because they can still win with their condition. this is a defeat in my opinion even though the result is a draw.

Yes I agree with you, I see it as a defeat too, just like Barcelona first match and their first draw, it was a loss too, when the match is played home and the odds are really low for the team to win, when they don't, they lost in my eyes, it is more entertaining now that they have the same amount of points, the Classico would be awesome.

Actually, Karim Benzema is applying and will most likely get the golden ball this year, and you want to replace him. Such players are a piece product and it is quite difficult to just take them and replace them, even for such a famous rich club as Real Madrid. As we can see, of the comparable and promising players, Killian Mbappe has so far decided to stay and continue his career at Paris Saint-Germain, and Erling Haaland still preferred the Premier League and Manchester City from all places to continue his future career. However, judging by his words and the words of his father, the player is not fixated on the idea of playing until the end of his career in England and wants to try himself in other championships, and Florentino Perez recently did not seem to rule out the possibility of Mbappe coming in the future. Real Madrid would certainly like to have a player to replace Benzema, but this is still very, very problematic.

The right way is to sign a new quality CF like Mbappe, or another top CF. Of course, Real Madrid needs a sucessor of Benzema because he is getting old. But it is not necessary to hurry selling him since he still played well. However, his current injury is a warning for Real Madrid to sign a new CF in January 2023 transfer window.

Did Benzema waste the opportunity? For me, he didn't because he made attempt to score the penalty. And the penalty was well taken, he was just unlucky. Benzema has made his mark in La Liga, maybe it is Lewandowski's time to reign. Injuries or other health issues are unforeseen occurrences and might not be controlled. An injury can totally disrupt the performance of a player, hence comparing players' performance might not be ideal.

All this agitation to sell Benzema is erupting just because of his performance in one match. A player that has given so much to the club would be sold because he missed a penalty and underperformed in one match. He is just recovering from an injury and needs time to get his rhythm. Honestly they have to enjoy the services of Karim Benzema why they wait for a replacement. The replacement won’t be now or in a year or two. The targeted players as Benzema's replacement are still on contract and are playing well in their respective teams so I expect Real Madrid to stick to the experience Benzema offers because it’s one of the reasons their young forwards are developing very fast. He might be 34 years old but he still has a lot to offer for this Real Madrid team.

Currently, real Madrid don't have an active nine more satisfiable like Benzema, but hazard can still do better for the club and he have alot to offer for the team. Benzema going through injury stage will slow down his performance in the league but hopefully he will bounced back to his best form.

that would not be a good thing. I do agree with your opinion. It's not always selling a player that will become a solution. Benzema has been giving lots of contribution. Im sure that he was feeling so sick with his injury. I didn't expect him to give all of his best performance. Im sure that real madrid fans known so well about that. Im sure that if this gonna be a bad thing for benzema but that's not a problem at all. I think that he needs to adapt with his recovery. It takes the time. Blaming him must become a mistake.

You are right. because even I feel confident in that match Real Madrid will be able to win easily. but it turned out to be beyond my expectations. Real madrid only got a draw. And another unexpected thing was when Benzema's penalty kick didn't turn out to be a goal. I even almost jumped out of my chair while watching Benzema take the penalty. I think it's the first surprise I've encountered this season in La Liga. because in the past my predictions were almost always right. but for the match Real madrid vs Osasuna I did not do any analysis before betting. because I was too sure that Real Madrid would win. and it turns out I was wrong. because it turned out to be a draw.

Although at this time Benzema role is very important for the club, Real Madrid cannot rely on Benzema forever,  Especially now that he is 34 years old. Benzema is one of the luckiest players at Real Madrid, he was not immediately sold when he was already past his golden age as a football player.

Previously Real Madrid did not like players who were already 33 years old, the club would immediately sell them to get the results of the transfer transactions made, as experienced by Raul Gonzalez, Iker Casillas and Cristiano Ronaldo. These three players are Real Madrid legends and are still capable of playing well at the highest level, but Real Madrid does not look at the status of the player, they would rather earn some money than let players retire with the club they love.
