Apart from the 3-0 defeat against Real Madrid, I have seen great performances f rom Girona players in every match. Girona players performed well against every team. They are playing well in both home and away matches. They won the away match  against Barcelona 4-2. It was Girona's best result of the season. With Girona progressing, it will be very difficult for Real Madrid to hold onto the top spot in the points table. Girona team is still 2 points ahead of Real Madrid.

It must be admitted that Girona's performance this season has been quite impressive since the start of the season, they have proven this in several matches against top La Liga teams and they proved it again by beating Barcelona at home, this is quite extraordinary.
I watched the match and indeed Girona deserved to win the match because their team's performance was much better.

And Barcelona is still in decline, despite the results they have obtained in the last few matches, the performance of the Barcelona team is still very far from its best performance, even though in the last few matches before playing against Girona, Xavi's team won, but it seemed to be forced and there was a bit of luck.

Barcelona is too focused on the victory that must be obtained. Meanwhile, Girona played with cooperation as if they really enjoyed every attack and defense they carried out. There's nothing wrong with focusing on winning, at least don't force yourself to score a lot.
Girono responded very well to Lewandowski's reply. Girona's structured attack strategy from every line made Barcelona's defense unable to anticipate.

Now Girona can dream that they will appear in the UCL next season but don't be lulled by that dream if it is not just a dream. There are still many challenges they will face which must be addressed realistically.

As I said before, things like this happen and Madrid failed to get 3 points not that they played badly, it's just that Betis performed so well that it was very difficult for Madrid to make some breakthroughs that were always blocked by the Betis defense and midfield who played very well.
The long passes made by the Betis players and Isco who was in the middle to set the rhythm of the game were very good and worthy of praise in this match and the draw that occurred in this match I think it was quite feasible even though Madrid failed to maintain their top position but they still got 1 point in this match.

Girona managed to break various assumptions and predictions about them, so I think we should no longer consider them as a mediocre club. In terms of the long-term destiny of football, it's important that teams like Girona keep such stories alive every now and then. Almería boss, Gaizka Garitano Aguirre chances of maintaining the headcoach position for Almería seems very slim but he can actually resigned if he wants to, providing he has secured a more prominent job elsewhere, because there's no hope of bouncing back to the winning form this season. I don't think there is much of a problem with Barcelona's defense. More shots and shots on target and if this team wasn't called Almeria, you could also think that Atletico Madrid played against Real Madrid. The win and three points for Atletico is one thing, but I doubt that Simeone was happy with how that game was played.
