Xavi has always provided a situation where players must be asked to be ready in several positions even though it's good if players can improve but sometimes not all can be like that.
Talking about Balde and Cancelo I would agree with what you said if we talk about the speed issue because seeing from what is happening right now Balde still cannot be compared to Cancelo but on the other hand another possibility of Xavi trusting Balde more is to give him flight hours because we know that even though Cancelo is very good in the game and speed but he will only last 1 season which of course if there is no habit and time for Balde from now on maybe it will be complicated for Barcelona in the future.

In yesterday's match Barcelona seemed to be still very troubled to maintain their performance, especially for defense problems. They struggled to face Almeria and almost even played a draw in this match if Sergio Roberto did not become a hero with his Brace in this match.

I understand that his aim is good because at the end of the day it's also for the survival of Barcelona especially with Cancelo's loan contract only being for one season but that doesn't mean there should be a few tries in every game.

I did not expect to see Barca struggle this much in the Lalliga this season because they were the Champions last year,and are supposed to be either first or second position on the Lalliga table,but it looks as of Xavi and his team are struggling,and they are finding it so difficult to compete and be on thesame level with Madrid and Girona who seat first and second respectively.Nobody was expecting Girona to be among the elite teams,but they have come to shock everybody this season by maintaining a consistent results,which has pushed them to the top,and made them a very strong contender to the tittle.And as its stands,i expect them to lift that trophy this year regardless of how Madrid and Barca may try.

However, the reality is that Barcelona is currently in a very bad state, with a series of disappointing results or performances making the confidence of the players in the Barcelona team decrease, making it difficult for them to show their best performance.
I didn't think that Barcelona could fall this far despite the victory they achieved against the team that is at the bottom of the La Liga standings at the moment, but their performance was really disappointing.

Xavi must immediately anticipate a decline in his team performance as soon as possible, look for the best solution, even if necessary, by recruiting new players in the January transfer window. I have no clue on the challenges Barcelona is facing in league matches, I'm not even sure if they can survive in other major tournaments this season. Perhapes they can sign players in January transfer window but can that help amend the current situation of the club? Barcelona working on their strikers, that's not the problem of the club currently, there's absolutely strong challenge for them, which is they're weigh below standards everyone expected. Dropping points are not an option for both Girona and Real Madrid if they want to get the top spot. But Girona might drop a point tonight because their opponent is good tonight. Girona this season is difficult to stop, even a team as big as Barcelona can't beat Girona, they play like they have a lot of extra strength (confidence), even though if you look at their last few meetings, Girona has always lost to Real Betis. I think Barcelona victory is not extraordinary because Barcelona should have been able to put pressure on Almeria and try not to concede a goal. Quite alright the result can still change since the match as not end but Girona are leading in almost 55% ball possession in the first half and I am quite sure that the game may change in the second half because Betis will not like to give a chance to allow Girona to win them in their home, and Girona have to continue win every of their matches because any slide mistake now Real Madrid will move to the top and if they are there then no chance for Girona because the way Real Madrid are playing now there like unstoppable.

For example, the superstar player of Barcelona, Ronald Araújo made a huge mistake in this match and while we were expecting to see a perfect performance from this defender but he was the reason for Almeria scored their second goal in this game.

Even though Girona was very good in this away match against Betis by scoring a goal in the first half but unfortunately, Girona failed to score another goal in the second half. With Girona failing to score a goal in the second half then yes, in the end Betis had good dominance in the second half and with that, finally Betis to score an equalizer in the 88th minute.

Even though this time Girona only got one point but ya, I think Girona is still good at this moment. Although indeed, it will be easy for Real Madrid to take over the top position later.
