In the end, Real Madrid will be La Liga champions and Barcelona will be runners-up. Real Madrid and Barcelona need to win three matches in a row to equalize the point gap that they currently have, while Real Madrid need to lose three matches in a row. I think this is not possible because there is no guarantee that Barcelona will win three matches in a row and Real Madrid is not likely to lose three matches in a row with the way they are currently performing. If there was a one point or two point difference from the beginning of the season, maybe we would have to wait until the end of the season to see the La Liga champions, but with the current situation of the game, we don't have to wait until the end of the season.
