Yeah no matter what Simeone's system has worked for Atletico Madrid for many years. I also don't like to watch it though. It has been a really long journey with Simeone so far and it doesn't look like he is leaving anytime soon either. In my opinion, their draw against Manchester City is not strange, because Manchester City is also a strong team in the league, with Real Madrid's ranking which is now far ahead in La Liga, it makes them confident, but apart from that of course there are still other equally strong teams may even be stronger. with their match which will take place later in the second leg, I hope Real Madrid will not lose their confidence because yesterday's match ended in a draw.

That's the interesting thing about football, not who scores first is entitled to win the game, it was an early celebration for Girona, confident on how they will certainly win the match but Atletico decided to change everything towards favoring themselves. Just 4 points away from Atletico, Girona needs to keep up winning streaks to remain in their position, Madrid are no longer taking it easy and I see their upcoming games as being an easy win except that of Athletic club who are behind them but considering Madrid level of play, it should be a good win for them.
