Representative "Bat'kivshincy" fraction, referencing to acting Minister of defence, say that Russian flag on the Ukrainian hardware was a military ploy to sneak them into Kramatorsk. the they say that the repercussions of their successful infiltration will be known within the next 3-4 hours

Ukraine could learn a thing or two from ex-Yugoslavia. Lesson one: don't send troops into the hostile territory if you're not willing to use them. Lesson two: if you decide to use your troops, use them to their full capacity.
Not doing so will affect the morale of your soldiers, and bolster the other side.

Lesson 3: If the troops and "the other side" is the same people, it gets really messy. |

Well, when Army is involved, killing is usually on the menu. With messy, I meant that there are no longer clear cut "good guys" and "bad guys".

All day today here in the west media was repeating the same slogan that Ukrainian government is going to show their military might and destroy protesters. All of a sudden they have shut up. Probably inventing a new myth how bad Russians are. And I always believed that Russians and Ukrainians are brothers and great nations! Proud, proud, proud!!! According to Interfax, citing local self-defense activists, some 300 Ukrainian troops agreed to lay down their weapons and “go home” following negotiations in Slavyansk. |

Yeah, arms shipments went according to plan. Of course, you can't just send the weapons without applying an appropriate security measures, so you have to send some soldiers as couriers along with it.  |
