Performance issues shouldn't be a problem to keep inactive accounts. At the very least in terms of keeping user data and balance it wouldn't cause too many costs. They might be also did it for the sake of efficiency and cleanliness of their databases. It's a company will, that they won't keep inactive users for whatever reason, name it performances, costs, security, etc.

It's also worth noting that the ToS, use the word "May", so there might be some reason about which particular inactive user they might want to delete.

Yes that's the best thing to do since maybe there will be a conflict with the past account with the new and might that will create trouble if the dev will find out that he create a new account just to play also he might got a chance to recover back his account if he just ask the dev about those past deleted account. For sure the dev will be happy to see a old player comes back to them and play.
I agree, the more you hide the necessary details and use the different accounts, simply they will have more excuses to limit your winnings and block your account withdrawals in a worst-case scenario. Imagine getting a max win on any random slot and not being able to cashout due to a simple mistake that can be discovered with IP geolocation.   There are thousands of ways to be banned on any crypto casino, if they wanna not to pay you team will find a way. It is your own responsibility not to give them an easy excuse.

If they will allow the user to be back on their site, it's good. However, I think "brining back" the old account is sometimes not attainable. Well, I think this is wrong --if your account was deleted because you are inactive perhaps you are free to re-create again. You are not violating in that way and if your account was deleted it means all data was deleted too but I am not sure with your KYC documents if this will also be included upon deletion of an account. I don't know why they don't answer here anymore the concern by most members [including me], I don't know if too much busy or they do ignore users here in the forum.

This is what i do observed too on where they dont really respond on this ANN thread in regards with people or community members queries and concern but luckily there are people who do really like to help
but there are some situations  which cant really be answered aside from the the team/admin itself.

In regards with the deletion of account,i dont think that they would be just easily be doing that unless if its dormant which is a typical thing to be done by most casinos and some
dont delete out accounts.It would be better to ask out to them about this manner.

The casinos are not wallets, in fact there is a fiat casino that never eliminates the balance but charges you every 6 months a percentage, as some wallets.

If you avoid read ToS, it is simple, the chat will answer those questions, take the habit of when you open an account before depositing e.g., use the live support and ask these basic questions.

Any resources about that "charges you every 6 months a percentage"? Personally I never experienced that, I've been playing more than a year now and I really haven't charge on any online casino that I am playing at. First time hearing that one, can you cite that casino who's charges percentage/fees on their users?
Does such a term exist in the crypto gambling circles, for me i have never heard  of this before! Of course this might be one way to try and keep its users on the platform active but to charge users for being active doesn't sit well in my books. Basically it is "if you are not earning from having multi account, then you are fine" and that is understandable. Like let's say legit two brothers gamble separately and then that is going to be fine, but in any way or shape or form that you are profiting from the multiple accounts then you are going to end up hurting a lot.

This should be what every other place should do as well, if you are going to end up with a lot of profit then you are going to hurt the casino by doing something not allowed, but if you are doing something that is purely just gambling method and you are not profiting from it then you are going to be fine, doesn't that make more sense than just flat out rejecting multi-accounts as a whole?

Maybe it's just greedy people who do this just to chase bonuses, while with a verified account for me that's enough and the bonus is not how much it is expected if caught too then Roobet will definitely deactivate it.
But does roobet still provide bonuses for new users? isn't it for this there is no promotion, so if there are new members who register, they will not get anything except the referrals they want.

If it's done to abuse the bonuses, then you are breaking the TOS of the gambling site and anytime your account might be freeze. To be safe, just don't make an alternative account, in my case, I only do that if I totally cannot recover my main account, so I have to make a new one to continue gambling, but the intention is clean, it's not to abuse the site's offers and bonuses.

If it's done to abuse the bonuses, then you are breaking the TOS of the gambling site and anytime your account might be freeze. To be safe, just don't make an alternative account, in my case, I only do that if I totally cannot recover my main account, so I have to make a new one to continue gambling, but the intention is clean, it's not to abuse the site's offers and bonuses.

I experience losing my original account last year  but before i create a new one i asked @Hhampuz and also email the team about this and ask them to change my account in roobet as i constantly Joining events back then and sometimes getting lucky so my payment address must be in new account so i never face any issue in depositing and withdrawing .
maybe best that before making new one , alarm the team/site of your changing so you won't face any trouble in the future specially if you got to win big prizes .

I feel this is a neat trick of contacting Roobet and asking them to either revive your earlier account or close it, and seek their permission to open a new one and without a doubt this will be the safest way to go ahead.

However many in their over confidence or with the intention to cheat will avoid doing this, and when they’ll win and be refused they’ll come here and start a scam accusation thread which could have been avoided had they taken the initiative to speak with the support first.

I experience losing my original account last year  but before i create a new one i asked @Hhampuz and also email the team about this and ask them to change my account in roobet as i constantly Joining events back then and sometimes getting lucky so my payment address must be in new account so i never face any issue in depositing and withdrawing .
maybe best that before making new one , alarm the team/site of your changing so you won't face any trouble in the future specially if you got to win big prizes .
The conditions are stated prior and you could not make an alt account on the casino if they restricts the same and it's better to contact the team before hand to avoid any confusion and payment problems and it's good that you contacted them at first and that's why you don't have to face any issues.
