If we don't get an email notification from Roobet, it's very likely that we won't get this bonus.
Search it on telegram or twitter but don't find anything about this, what are the criteria for members who get it, my guess is that the members who get this bonus are those who are actively playing or if not they are still have a fairly significant balance in their account.

Money laundering has always been the common reason and this doesn't only implied on online casinos but in other industries as well that do really involved with money specially big ones.

As a business and also a regulated one then its just normal that  they would really be following those guidelines or requirements or else they would really be having some problems

Money laundering is not the main reason why people on this forum do not want to give their KYC. I mean surely the main reason why KYC is there is the fact that money laundering is a threat to any casino without any KYC but it is not the main reason to stay anonymous for the people here. I didn't check my account balance as I don't have access to the 2fa code right now, but I guess I'm not one of the lucky winners since I didn't receive an email from Mr. Roo!

To bad, I can't access my account.
Required some code login access, but the code never came to my email. Contacting "Live-Support" only can be accessible after we already login into the casino.

I think I experienced the same thing months ago when I need this code to login.
If I remember it correctly, I tried to open my account in a different device/IP and got a warning about code.
Then I tried to login with the device/ip that I used to use in the past when I visit roobet, it worked without any access codes.

It's true I've experienced the same thing and never got the access code when I wanted to log into my roobet account. Even I waited for the confirmation of the code in my email, it never came in, is this always late or is it a bit of a technical error with roobet?
Just now, when I wanted to log in, I had to wait about 20 minutes before entering the OTP code in the email, so this is a bit boring when I want to play fast while the OTP code comes slowly.

It could be intentional to force player to switch to 2FA instead. Using 2FA is way safer because your email could be compromised as well if somehow someone gotten their hands on your Roobet's account password. Im not sure why people still stick with the email code instead of 2FA, its way faster and safer though

If you are using a static IP address and playing from the same device that is only owned by your, then you could choose not to log out from your Roobet's account everytime you are done. Simply close the tab when you are done with it

Regular depositors or players would always have the advantage and it isn't really just not shocking that they would really be prioritizing to those people who do make out deposits compared to those

Getting free stuff to gamble is definitely a great way of waking up, it is really a cool feeling because who wouldn't want to make some money. To ensure I have not missed out on any recent reward promotions, I am still checking my Roobet account and associated email address. To date, I have found nothing but FREE money that I am always happy to have. Roobet team chooses users randomly and grants generous rewards based on which criteria is unknown. Anyhow, there is still hope that those who are missing out the rewards will receive them in the near future, or has the promotion concluded already.

I'm really late to use 2FA but what you say is true with 2FA it's much faster than having to wait for the code to enter the email, because usually using the code from the email before it was really fast but lately I just have to wait for it longer and I have now activated 2FA for even more extra security and faster entry without having to wait for an email to arrive.

Well perhaps this was what exactly happened to my account and the reason I did not recover my reward in Roobet, they perhaps deleted it since it was inactive for how many months but I still use it upon claiming the reward. Unfortunately, --I did not recover it because it was no longer linked to my email address account and perhaps it will automatically be deleted. I have a little amount reward there and until now I did not get it and there is no chance at all. However, on the other hand, Roobet has a lot of improvement as of now, they are a very lucky gambling casino so far.

There’s consequences if you’re in active, and they might start to flag your account and if you continue to be inactive they’ll do the necessary actions based on their TOS. Just like the bank accounts who closes your account if its zero balance and inactive, same thing with Roobet for sure. I’m also not active in Roobet over the past months, I still get emails though.
