Seems that we know now what malubit meant with that radex was a customer of their.
i read the post on the link, first somebody wrote that malubit do not pay, and after 2 days receive the money.
i think you can not act like this, if malubit does not pay fast, then you should state like that and not telling they do not pay.

They stated, that I obviously don't know what I have done! So ridiculous!:

We can only see that you have placed bets with your account and he last bet that you made were lost.
It is your own responsibility to take care of your account, and do not wager money that can not lose.
We regret it that you lost your stake, but it is your own responsibility."

You have cancelled the withdrawal by yourself. We are not responsible for that.
Probably you were impatient and decided to wager the funds again. We also can not acces any accounts.
If somebody has placed bets, then this can only be the user himself.
We really do not understand what happened so far, but its a known excuse that people elling their account is hacked and they did not place the bet, only to get the money back.
We can not return the funds, as you place it by yourself.
What we nly can do, is give you some odds that can be increased for today's matches.

Mate, did You mark the time of screenshot - right bottom corner of Windows Desktop /28.02.2020 18:21 PM/ ?
Did You mark in Transaction history - the second file named Malubit manipulated my account, time of cancelling the withdrawal request is 27.02.2020 - 00:10 A.M.

Did You mark, that the last bet with ID 1023 is placed at 01:58 A.M., indeed 1 hour 43 minutes after meeting's kick off? Football game, even if it is huge injury time, with result 0-0 at 90'th minute will never have odds 9.5 for underdog!

You can see I have ask them on 28.02.2020 15:30 CET what is going with my withdrawal of 700 mBTC and they answer me on 28.02.2020 17:53 CET, that I should be more patient as this is my first withdrawal.

So, how I can cancel my withdrawal on 27.02.2020 00:10 CET?

I have made withdrawal request 2 days ago. Can You give me more info , when should expect the withdrawal to be processed, because I have explained to You, that I have borrowed money from third party and they become very curious why bitcoin transaction have such delay?
Sorry for pushing, but it is really important to me to return money to them owner.

Malubit has no access to player accounts in any way (even if a player asks for it himself, this is not possible). We can only see which transactions have taken place in the backend section.
And that is that the user has canceled the payout himself, and then has put his entire balance on a bet. Malubit is not responsible for this. The odds at the time of the bet are correct. It is in no way possible that Malubit has had access to your account, since the E-mail to recover a password only comes in your email box.
