There is also 1 other used IP address for both accounts: 188.2.118.210

Both accounts have logged in from both IP addresses multiple times.
They both registered with the first IP address.

Hello,

The bonus account together with the deposits amount is the total funds that need to be wagered.
So you have to wager (500 * 5 = 2500 mBTC) with minimum odds from 1.80
But I can see you are not facing to much difficulties with meeting these requirements
You have a nice streak today with bets.

After I placed more than 4 BTC total worth of bets and requested a withdrawal of just 100 mbtc they wrote this:

Or department has checked the status. You almost meet the rollover requirements in order to make withdrawals.
The amount you still have to wager is: 490 mBTC with minimum odds from 1.80
Once this has been wagered, the restriction to make withdrawals will be lifted from your account and you are free to make withdrawals.
For the next time you wish to receive a bonus, it works maybe easier to receive a free bet instead of a bonus, because with a free bet you do not have to tollover any requirements.
For this reason we have cancelled your withdrawal, so you can make a new one when you have meet the requirements.

Few more things I noticed:

1) Malubit has only few micro stakes players. ( In time my account was suspended , only about 900 bets are made in about 30 days)

I don't know what to call this situation.. We should remain calm, but it's difficult to appeal.
