This bookmaker is a scam. They probably pay off small amounts of btc. I deposit 2 BTC. played over 30 tickets won 4 btc. when i asked for payment they first came up with some excuses. then they returned my btc to my account and said I could continue to gamble. and that they investigate the matches I played (Vitalia Diatchenko v Maria Sakkari) . I played breaks and match winner, 13 bets, about 0.3-1.5btc per a bet (8 won and 5 lost) win about 2-2.5 btc, the rest I won in basketball (Russian vtb league). Do not deposit big sum to this bookmaker. if you get something big, it won't pay you. If anything changes i will let you know. I'm waiting for a response from them, if they want to deny me they can write to me here as well. I have all the pictures and video of the whole case, if they try close the account. I am waiting for their answer and hope it is just some mistake as they are still a young bookie. Thanks

Hmm, I am not happy to read this as I have also money there but for now I do not have any problems. Had 1 withdrawal for  20mbtc. Unfortunately can not compare 20mbtc and 6BTC. I hope they are not prepared for big withdrawals as they are few days old.. but when you open bookie you should be fully ready.. I just hope this will get solved asap or I must pause betting here Sad

I hope the same. but with the limits they offer, someone can hit a ticket of 100-200btc and then what the point is, when they won't pay it off. I think the people who run this bookies do not know how to do the job properly.
Or worse, just waiting for more BTC to disappear

Not sure, what you are normally staking on your bets, but why not just test with some smaller amounts first ? It's not like they have the most competitive odds in the world, so you are not somewhat dependent or urged to place your bets there.

You should never trust a new bookmaker blindly and deposit tons of money right away. Just test them out a bit first, make some withdrawals and monitor what other people have to say.

If you normally bet like 60BTC per bet, you can disregard what I said of course.

I agree with you in everything you said. My bank can support my game and that's the way I play. I'm a proponent of btc bookmakers and i think that's the direction the sports industry should go. There is no point in wasting time with less payments. And always someone has to deposit more money (btc) to get the right picture. today it is me, tomorrow someone else. It is important that things like this are revealed immediately

Thanks for your feedback, We can constantly improve ourselves through feedback.

Was this you posting here pretending to be a player on the website though?

Quote
I gave it a shot. Deposited about 200$, won 60$. Made withdrawal request and got my winnings in about 30 minutes. I know, its a low amount but at least they pay out and it was done quickly in my opinion. I am curious what happens with bigger withdrawals.

You conveniently glossed over my post and answered others in the thread, although it was more of a warning to players/bitcoin holders than a question really

I fund this sportsbook Malubit . com I was surprised it offers (as far as I can see) exactly the same matches and markets as bet365.
Maybe its a product of Bet365. Appears that they accept only Bitcoin from what I can see.
Very good, since bet365 is maybe the biggest one and have a lot of live matches. I must say that I did not made any deposit/withdrawal, so I can not judge about this. Do people have experience with this bookmaker ?

be careful, the site is not credible

Only Bitcoin can really be trusted...

I tried this bookmaker. Deposited 200$, won 60$ and made a withdrawal request. I received the winnings in about 30 mins in my wallet. I know, it is a low amount of course. But at least a good start .I am curious if people tried bigger withdrawals, and what happened there. Maybe deposit 500$ later today to experiment.

That is the same thing that was posted on those other sites, by "random" new people to this new gambling site today...how odd...

I wonder if all of these random "new accounts" could post the transactions (from the public blockchain) if they wanted to prove they did any of this?!?! lol

Dear forum members,

We would like to respond to this situation.
First, it was never said that we should not pay out the winnings.
We looked at the bets placed and saw no logic in gambling behaviour.
The only thing we could conclude is that there might be separate things going on about the bets of the user in question.

If, as a bookmaker, we suspect that profits have been obtained in an unfair manner, we have the right and also the obligation m.b. laws and regulations to analyse these bets.We think every bookmaker in the world would do this. We are here on the forum to answer questions from customers, and try to make them as much comfortable as possible.

The customer has been e-mailed that he please should be patient, and when the check is complete, that the payments and place take place. So he just need to be a little patient here, but instead he decided to act rude and threat us.
We consider privacy of customers to be very important and are our top priority.

However, as a result of which this customer is now blackening us and threatening to blacken us both physically and digitally, we would like to prove the contrary and are forced to post part of the conversation here. With the side note that we have responded to all emails from the customer, and also kindly asked that he wanted to stop scolding and threatening us.

Some examples of the customer's misbehaviour.

Directly said in the email conversation.

Quote
"Fack you idiot. Now you are going to see."

Quote
"listen to me well i will find you and i will break your legs. trust that i will find your, i will pay people as much as i need but i will find your all"

We are trying our best to provide the best services but what should you expect with these threats.
What should you do if you are threatened with this serious violence? That's frightening for our employees and their family's.

We would like to remind people once again that Malubit will never release private conversations to third parties,
but in these cases an exception is made because this violates the image and comes under defamation / later.

This user shows no respect for us as a bookmaker and for our employees (who we protect).

There are many customers who enjoy playing on our site, and we value all our customers.

Moreover, we would also like to state that this forum is not intended to discuss such matters among themselves,
since we consider the privacy of customers important and we are now being falsified and seriously threatened Malubit and our employees (what we cannot allow).

Hopefully you as forum members understand that we had no choice but to post this.

Congratulations on professionalism. What does all this have to do with you not paying me BTC?
(We looked at the bets placed and saw no logic in gambling behaviour. )
You have my permission to post all the bets that I have played, so let people judge for themselves if the game is a problem or you don't have a btc.

I see you edited the first post. Of course I will post this on all forums. You won't steal money from other people. I will not allow you. And of course I'll make you a problem if you don't pay me my money. I could have let you steal some money from another player for a few days, so pay me off. But I don't want such scammers to stand on this planet. When you want to steal money from someone, be prepared for the consequences.

2 days have passed, explain to me and other people on this forum what is suspicious about my bets. My behavior must have been triggered by something. Do you think we players are idiots? now i will post the whole conversation, for players to see

I
Hello.
How much do I have to wait for my payment
Withdraw ID
108

YOU
Dear user,

Since this is the first withdrawal on our site, our security team is obligated to do some checks regarding your bets.
Once this process is completed, your withdrawal will be processed. If you change your mind, or do not want to wait, there is always the option on the "Withdrawal page" to cancel the withdrawal and use the funds for betting.

Thanks for your understanding

--
Best regards,

Malubit Support Department

I
Thank you for your quick response.
How long will this process take?

I again
What's this all about, whether you're trying to steal my money? I will immediately write that you are a fraudulent bookmaker and offer proof to people for that.

YOU
Dear user,

Currently our specialists are working on this case regarding your withdrawal. We want to ask a little bit more patience from your side.

I
I do not understand what is being checked. I played big games. This smells more like fraud. Here I see you promise to pay off within an hour
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5224028.0

do you generally have to pay more than 5-6 btc? very suspicious. answer me when i can expect payment?
Thanks

YOU
Hello,

Usually we strive to process withdrawal requests within 30-60 minutes. However, when the amount of BTC is bigger (like in your case) we need to do additional checks, since we need to be sure that everything is played fair. You do not have to worry about your funds.

I
4 btc is a lot for you? so what limits do you give on your sites then. I don't have time to fuck with you if you don't have BTC say nice. You have 8 hours to pay me. otherwise I will put all my bets and correspondence with you on the forum. So let people decide if there is anything suspicious about my bets or your behavior

YOU
Dear user,

This has nothing to do with limits or payments. We just ask you to be patient in this case. And please mind your language. Once the additional checks are finished, we are able to process withdrawals. For new customers it is normal that we check the gambling pattern to check everything has done legit.

I
Better pay off the money than worry about my language. In 8 hours I'll post all this on the forum, so let other people judge if it's normal or not. You started off well, it looks like I'm the first person on your site to win something

YOU
Dear user,

We want to inform you that our specialists have still not completed the additional checks. For the moment, your withdrawals have been cancelled and the funds is credited back to your balance. When the check on your bets in your account is completed, we will inform you and then you can withdraw the funds.
Untill then, you can use your balance to place bets.

TILT. every normal player knows what this means. We won't pay you money, but you can play until you lose it

this is what fraudulent bookmakers do. Anyone who has been betting for a long time knows this. and then I realized that I was fooled, but that I would not let them get away so easily

I
Fack you idiot. Now you are going to see.

YOU
Dear user,

We appreciate you as a customer. But since  have placed many bets with substantial amounts on a relatively unknown event (the tennis match (Vitalia Diatchenko v Maria Sakkari), we are required by law and regulation to check that the bets have been made on a fair basis. On the moment that check is finished, you can withdraw the funds. This still may take some time.
Your account is not blocked, you can just play with your balance.

they keep telling me to bet with them, but I won't get paid (this is psychology, that's how fraudulent bookmakers do)

https://www.flashscore.com/match/jNAyhWCn/#match-summary    this match is a problem -post my bets for people to judge if something is suspicious here

I
do you think i'm an idiot. to play until I lose all the money? what's suspicious about that match I played gems it is a big wta turnir and I win maybe 2btc ? listen to me well i will find you and i will break your legs. trust that i will find your, i will pay people as much as i need but i will find your all. yesterday I knew you had no money to pay what you owed. but your families will have

YOU
Dear user,
Our company has multiple Bitcoin wallets. Cover your win is not a problem at all. I also would like to remind you if you keep threatening and yelling to the customer service, we will not reply to you anymore.

I
it's obviously a problem, and don't make me an idiot? what the fuck are you checking? a group of idiots got together and thought he was going to steal money

YOU
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5224028.40

reply to the forum for people to see if there is anything suspicious about my bets. I'll shut you down. you will not deceive anyone anymore. Open betting and you think to steal people. tonight i will find other forums on www.sportsbookreview.com ...
and when I warn people of your fraud, then I will find you

Pay off the money and give yourself some credibility. Don't talk to me about who told what to whom. Respect must be earned. And you should think of it as a young bookmaker if you want to succeed. don't turn things around. It is you who owe me money, not I to you. You don't respect me. I respected you when I paid 2 btc with you.

thank you

Thanks for the feedback.

@malubit, you and your specialist should provide at least a specific time schedule when would the process be done. Because your client is tired of waiting... It has been already 48 hours.
Did he make the withdrawal request on non-business working days?

Nothing can be undone, words have been already said cause the users has short patience.

Can you tell us what is the illegitimate pattern made by the user?

Quote
We won't pay you money, but you can play until you lose it
This caught my attention, did you really said that? hrmm??? I'm disappointed.

So, is there a chance to fix and resolve the issue? If you both failed to do so, then face the consequences.

We regret that lies are posted on the forum. Texts have been changed by the client SSCEZAR (out of anger), which was not said by us. So this comment.

Quote
We won't pay you money, but you can play until you lose it

Never said by us! SSCEZAR has edited the text, trying to save his own attitude and trying to hide his rough behaviour.

This is in the context of fraud; I hope players think carefully about these false accusations / death threats and lies from SSZECAR.
We are always willing to respond to the forum, but if there is fraud with statements, we see no reason to comment on it. If a player has a dispute with our company, he can contact our company. It is not intended that a dispute be discussed in detail here and our name be negatively influenced by the false accusations of the player in question.

I would also like to add that the mental and physical bed controls were sent to our help desk within 24 hours, so I don't understand how you could suggest that it was after 48 hours.

Quote
Nothing can be undone, words have been already said cause the users has short patience.
So that justifies all the threatenings..

We are happy to assist players where necessary, but regarding the matter with the player SSCEZAR we consider this case (the discussion here on the forum) closed.
If players have other questions, they are of course very welcome. Regarding the case with SSCEZAR, we will not reply here anymore.

hey guys, this thread got me curious. i will make a deposit there, gamble a few bets and keep you updated
i just created the account on bitcointalk so i understand people will suspect me of being either  from the team or someone making critics

@malubit: you wrote you are "as bet 365" on most of the markets you have nothing listed beside the moneyline or the 1X2

Example: rugby union you have nothing beside "home win / draw / away win"

do you plan to offer the other markets too? there are plenty of skins doing this already for bet365 either you improve it, either it makes no sense to be another doublon

@malubit, I just want to clarify that I'm not on any side.
As for your clarification, now I understand that it was just all accusations and I don't believe him unless he can provide solid proof/s.

The user said that it's 2 days of waiting since he made the withdrawal request.

Anyway, this kind of topic should be discussed on the Scam Accusation section.

I also had the problem with the email going to my SPAM folder. But when I checked it there, I was able to activate the account and then everything was fine.
It was with Gmail, maybe you should try the suggestion from Text.
Nice username by the way, hehe.

Thanks for the feedback.

You made serious and various threats to our address and our families because our specialists are working on this case regarding your withdrawal.
What may take longer than expected.

Despite your threats, we remain tidy and try to process it as quickly as possible as can be reviewed in the mailing conversation.
What did you expect? Threaten us, again with even death threats this time:
Quote
"then I will find you"
Quote
"I'll shut you down"
so we could going to work faster and harder?
