I deposited some money, place small bets and then try to withdraw. I made the withdrawal request 7.05 PM and cancel it 5 minutes later.
But I am afraid you are wrong again, check the screenshot.
As you can see, what Malubit indicated, was correct. The system shows a difference from 2 hours and displayed the time on the moment when the user requested the withdrawal (although it is in another timezone, but that is not really relevant, as this was already explained by them).

Malubit, maybe you can solve this timezone settings for users to make it more clear, because some people do not understand the time difference display in account settings. I have to say its a little confusing but for me its not a problem.

We understand that some confusion arises regarding the display of payouts and cancellation of payout and transaction history. The technical department is currently looking at this, to make it easier to view and to make it clearer to users what the status of the transaction is with the date and time achieved, which will therefore be synchronized. As already explained before, our external system is using a different timezone. We will find a solution for this to make the total in 1 timezone for both users and the external system.
When this implementation is done, we will let you know here on the forum.

I am waiting for two more matches from my ticket, which will start in about 2-3 hours. If I win, I will make a withdrawal and I will definitely inform you about how long it lasted. I play a lot more carefully than you do, so it will definitely not be 1 BTC.

If it is not You, and I am not also I am sure in this period You can check from which IP, MAC address or whatever it can be checked very detailed and deeply by Your security department to see who login into my account why was send request for reset of my password /maybe it was activated some protection from Your software/ and cancel withdrawal and place bet with 1087.5 mBTC.
Maybe You have very big problem with security of Your page?

I have accessed malubit.com only from one country. From different towns, yes - because I travel much, but only from Bulgaria.

I understand you, but your case is very strange, is about larg amount and I am sure that if your account has been hacked, you will have to explain it officially, not only by posting on forum. Throwing accussations without proofs will not help you to find out what happened. It also certainly won't help you to get information about IP from malubit.com.

True, thats what I have been telling him about it and he cant seems to understand it. He keeps on insisting that the site is at fault.

What about me.  Can I get some resolution?  Your company's email indicated I violated your TOS but did not tell me what.   It simply said I "knew" what I did.  Perhaps it was also with multiple IP's as I bet from home and 2 work locations.  As I said in my earlier emails with your staff you have a great platform and I enjoyed betting there.  I won't apologize for winning 90% of my bets the first week but in fact after my withdrawal was cancelled and my balance restored I did lose a bit.  After my winnings were then removed due to an alleged TOS I did become angry.  I did not do anything but bet the offerings you made and I won fair and square.  So at that point I did not believe you would even refund my deposit so when you closed my account for posting here I considered my money lost.   So I was a little nasty and I apologize.  Perhaps it was all a misunderstanding.  

Being in the USA your book has great potential as you offer markets not available otherwise.  I think there is a huge opportunity for you to gain clients here.

No doubt but sometimes if you have issues and resolve them it shows more than if an issue never arose.  I will hopefully be updating a positive resolution to my issue in the next few days.
