Yesterday requested withdrawal of 50.00 mBTC and after 12 hours withdrawal was still pending. Asked them what is going on and they replied this:

When we see a client is depositing multiple times on several days bitcoins or cancelled withdrawals before, we let the withdrawal stay longer in the account, in case for a user to change his mind and has the option to cancel it.   


After this I decided to cancel the withdrawal and gamble and I won about 250 mbtc. I then requested withdrawal of 220.45 mBTC and I still waiting for it more than 1 hour.
User @elabor77 requested withdrawal before me, he got money, I did not. But must note his withdrawal was just 5 mBTC.
What I can see is that they can pay just small sums . Stay away until they do pay me and CEZAR.
