It is possible that a bet is occasionally incorrectly processed. Our traders check all bets again within 24 hours, so this would be fixed anyway.

If there is an incorrect processing of the bet, the user can always contact us so that we can settled it correctly.
We wrote that there was some maintenance and that this was the reason 1 bet was settled in correctly.

Correspondence shows that the rollover was insufficient. It is possible that nica99 did a bigger rollover but probably at odds lower than required. The accounts were automatically blocked by the system because it used two accounts at the same time.
