yes Liverpool don't need to do that to dominate the Premier League. Mbappe will remain at PSG until his contract expires. and it might be to the advantage of other clubs in the future if Mbappe does not extend his contract. It is no secret that they would not be able to replace the players one by one that they already have had, assuming that Mbappe will also leave the club in the next few weeks. There is at least no chance in terms of popularity to bring in similar stars because there are no similar stars available (three at the same time) They could choose a different approach and try to build a younger team that has not won as much as Neymar and Messi did before. Sometimes experience is key but sometimes it can also slow down players when they have won it all already. They had all these players who won so much and maybe not care as much anymore.

Firstly, Neymar's value hasn't dropped that much for age, his market value has dropped that much because he's been injured for most of the season. If he can perform well for the team for just one season, his market value will increase again. One of the most important things for Neymar is to save himself. He is careful not to get injured and then perform in every match.  

The second thing is that it is confirmed that Neymar will not leave Europe at the moment. If any good European club offers to take him then he will tag psg otherwise he will stay with psg for one more season.

I thought that if it was about 222 millions euroes not 180 million euros. It's mbappe who has been bought by PSG from monaco with 180 millions euros. I think that you're wrong about that. PSG has been losing so much money in a few years.
Neymar is not as good as before. His performance has been decreasing a lot since he has been getting so many problems on PSG. He is not feeling confidence anymore to stay in the club even longer but he had no choice.
