I think all management want to keep their star players to stay long with their club and that is what psg did in this transfer window where they wanted to offer mbappe a new contract. But the situation is different because Mbappe doesn't want to sign, in other words, he wants to stay until the end of his contract. Because it seems very unlikely that Mbappe will be paid cheaply, because to ensure Mbappe is willing to stay at PSG it is clear, that PSG will spend a lot of money too, of course. In addition, I'm worried that if that happens there might be a gap between players, which makes their chemistry not well formed because the difference in the pay they get is very far.
