Marseille have parted ways with Tudor and brought Marcelino in his place you know. Tudor actually didn't do a bad work as the team have still made it to the Champions League. But there is a slight difference like they lost the 2nd place to Lens this time. They will have to play qualification matches in the Champions League so there is a risk of not being able to qualify for the group stage.

When you can demand 10 million straight into your pocket at the age of 17 or 18 just for the signature and even without the salary, it is more than obvious what game they are playing. It's money and exactly because everyone is after the money, the Saudi clubs could become more relevant in the next years. I can't even say that it is wrong as a young person. If an 18 year old can make 20 to 30 million a year including the signing bonus, almost everybody would go for it. But there are a lot of young talents that show a decreasing performance right after their first big contract.

I think it is a classic example of not giving the players enough motivation. In real life, money is the biggest motivation for everyone. And they are giving free money to the players. Sometimes they are also giving the players free authority, I am talking about Mbappé.
