Actually there is nothing different in my opinion, both Toulouse and Werder Bremen (Bundesliga) because both of them are in the lower team category or outside the top 10, of course it will be difficult for these players to shine with their interested clubs. There might be personality class between these two strikers.

Bayern Munich is a good club that has a very experienced coach, Kane might be successful in Germany. But he has so much to lose if he fails to win trophies in Bayern. If he remains in Tottenham, he has the opportunity to become the all-time premier league highest goal scorer. Tottenham has a new coach that can make a difference. Without injury, Neymar is very good because he is a player who already has very good talent, but for next season he just needs to take care of himself so that he can make his career improve again. True, it's very to accept the truth but i would say that if bundesliga is far more reliable compared with league 1. Bayern is always being able competing in UCL. It sounds non sense if kane gonna pick PSG instead of bayern but the main problem is now whether bayern can afford to buy kane for about 100 millions. Bayern tried to make a negotiation for kane's price so many times but totenham stands with its decision to let kane leave from the club as long as bayern could prepare 100m for him.
