Messi gave 30 assists in two years and you are saying that he should be thinking more about passing the ball? I have never seen someone being better at assisting goals than Messi. You can literally see that Messi himself is one of the best strikers ever because he exactly knows where he needs the ball in order to score and he is also able to pass the ball exactly like that. Mbappe and Messi have compatible talents , but Neymar might have been one too much of that kind of player.
Mbappe will be missing Messi as someone who knew how to create chances out of nothing. When a pass doesn't seem to be promising, Messi made it work regardless of what anyone else thinks. He is gifted with his left foot.

I think Lionel Messi had actually done a good job with the passing. He was actually passing even in the final third of the field. He was also doing a good job as a midfielder sometimes. He was building up the play from the midfield. The midfield of PSG was not that good, to be honest. He was actually providing good support. But of course, if it was a genuine midfielder instead of Lionel Messi, he was going to do a better job. At least in the midfield area.

Anyway, I believe it is going to be a good squad under Luis Enrique. The squad is also going to be very different in my opinion. I hope they will be able to actually sell Mbappé 400 million or more. Otherwise, it is going to be hard for them to actually create a squad that is going to be strong.

I agree if you are referring to the potential defensive work a midfielder is also supposed to do. But considering the quality of Messi's passes, I can't think of a player even in the midfield who is better at it than Messi. PSG had many departures in fact. Let's start with the whole attack line, starting with Messi place, going to Mbappe which seems to quit the team so they don't lose him for free, Neymar which is absent and might go as well. Sergio Ramos also.
In the other hand, PSG have a lot of players and some positions have like 5 or more options. The problem isn't the quality of these players but how they could play together and win together as a team.
For example, Ekiteke was bought from Reims permanently, Hernandez joined the team from Bayern, Ugarte, Skriniar, Asensio are now available options to count on.

You pay a fee for a star like Mbappe and you get it for your team. Waiting a year could make you miss Mbappe. I don't understand why Real Madrid are waiting. With no transfer fee, many teams outside of Real Madrid will make offers to buy Mbappe. Then Real Madrid may not get Mbappe.

In both terms of the conditions that the club has given to Mbappe, the club's profit if Mbappe leaves the club now, Mbappe will make a good money by selling Mbappe to PSG and if Mbappe renews his contract with PSG and if Mbappe changes club after the new contract renewal. PSG will get good money from Mbappe. Not only PSG, no club will allow a player like Mbappe to leave the club as a free agent member. Yeah they have announced many players recently and there are returnees after their loan spells ended as well. I don't know how many of these returnees would be kept in the team though. But now or next season PSG are definitely going to enter a rebuilding phase for their attacking line. Mbappe will have left the team and Neymar would also do the same in my opinion.

PSG has been rumored targeting bernardo silva in the past to replace messi but the club was not able taking him caused by silva wanted stay in manchester city for another season. PSG has been moving to the kolo muani as a new target but it's not yet succesful caused by kolo muani has not yet answered PSG's approach. PSG has been reportedly considering Osimhen as a potential replacement for Mbappe, who is rumored to leave the club this summer. Enrique will be also revealing who's gonna be its target in summer.

PSG has been targeting osimhen as mbappe's replacement, but surprisingly if napoli was increasing osimhen's price tag. His price was around €180m. It's €30m more compared to  the previous price.

I agree that his contributions will be much less due to him being uncomfortable in PSG. I don't agree with a professional player's mindset in these issues, but it is the way it is. I don't think PSG can get a legendary performance out of him anymore. He needs to be transferred to real madrid immediately to compete with haaland in these years. Because he can't be included in the goat debate by only making his mark on the World Cup. Haaland is not someone who is expected to win a trophy with his country because he is from Norway. therefore, as he wins trophies with manchester city, the more statistics he gets, the more fans he will have. PSG are an outstanding team in Ligue One, and the departure of Leo Messi has had no effect on their performance; rather, they have become stronger. I believe it is about time for Mbappe to clear the air and speak his opinion about whether he wants to extend his contract with PSG or start a new chapter elsewhere.

While playing with PSG, I didn't see the good development given by Messi and I felt that Messi's departure from PSG was appropriate.
We don't need to worry about who will fill the vacant front line position that was occupied by Messi because PSG have some pretty great attacking players.

I believe that we need to make sure that PSG is aware of this, and ownership is aware of this and that's what the PSG fans should be chanting about every game, fire them, get some proper football ones, and I bet that with the same amount of money, they could build a UCL winner team.
