Nobody knows whether they didn't include him into the team for next season or whether Neymar or his advisor requested Neymar to not be included because negotiations are ongoing with another club and then PSG agreed to not risk that he gets an injury and a transfer could be cancelled.

it might be clearer if you read your above reply. some of the people above in your reply have said that there is a possibility that Nerymar will be loaned to Barcelona even though his salary must be cut to pay PSG management but I do not know for sure whether this news is true or not. but if we think it makes a lot of sense than selling Neymar to saudi arabia because even though the saudi arabia team offer is very high Neymar will definitely refuse it because he still wants a career in a european team.

Neymar will always be world class IMO. Even though he was always injured to slightly hinder his career, he is still able to perform at the top level and still compete with the best around the world. The only way to stop Neymar is to injure him. This guy is very talented technically, he can use both feet very well, world class from set pieces, he looks very calm and relaxed on the ball, that's why his dribbling is very smooth and his first touch is perfect.

He was so sure that he knew he was the best when he stepped on that field. He played the game beautifully and with guts I'm sure he always wanted to be. Even though he is no longer young, in my opinion PSG should keep him at least for this season, but unfortunately Entrique's decision to dispose of him is irrevocable.

IMO, the option of letting Neymar go can reduce FFP sanctions against PSG in the future, because it seems that the Mbappe transfer saga is increasingly uncertain.
