PSG's dominance in Ligue One has continued, and it will continue as there is no apparent pre-eminent opponent for the league title. Leo Messi is the first to leave the club, followed by other important players. It is essential that PSG begin casting their nets to catch several fish this summer, signing more players for a variety of reasons. Neymar Jr is on the verge of leaving the club; he's a major star at Parc des Princes, and his presence is extremely important to the club. Luis Enrique, the new manager, would be happy to include Neymar Jr in his plans for the coming season.

Every time someone discusses his move, many emotions and dialogues arise. I think money prevents Neymar from returning to Barcelona, despite supporters' wishes. His pay is exorbitant, therefore I doubt Barcelona will get along with him.

I can't ignore Neymar's PSG contract renewal. Given that Messi and Mbappe may go, PSG may want to keep Neymar. Again, I'm no psychic. I only give my perspective and analysis. Sports are a mix of politics, contracts, and feelings.

I cannot agree less to your post above because you made fantastic points.
If you are discussing Neymar transfer you need to consider so many things as
1. His weekly pay is high and not every club would want him considering his age. If other clubs may wants is not even Barcelona that is struggling financially will want Neymar back with such high price unless he will be willing to take pay cut.
Considering that Messi has left PSG and mbappe is about to leave there is every likelihood that name Neymar will remain to lead the squad.

PSG are just playing with fire by having two injury-prone players such as Dembele and Neymar in the squad. Dembele's release clause must be really attracting to them to go for the deal. But Dembele is no different than Neymar when it comes to having a serious part of a season as injured.

I won't be surprised if we see both of them being the same this season also. There was even a video that people were cheering Barcelona players when they were leaving the stadium in which they did it for Dembele when an ambulance left the stadium. 

I hope they prove me wrong for at least one season but for now I'm confident about my thinking.

Both of them are definitely very injury prone, and it is not going to be good for PSG if any of them does pick up injury. The thing is i am not expecting too much from PSG right now. This is the time when everyone is leaving. So it is generally going to be hard for PSG to actually be able to perform well.  This is the transitional period through which PSG is going through. I hope they will be able to turn this situation into something positive for them.

But I definitely do agree that they are playing with fire by having two players who are very injury prone in the squad. I don’t know if they have back up ready for them if they do end up getting injured. And it is definitely going to be stupid if they don’t have back up. Especially when they know that these players might  be injured at any time.
