Paris Saint Germaine yesterday fell short of expectations of many as they one managed to play out a 1:1 draw against a Nantes side that's been struggling in the league this season. The result at Parc des Princes yesterday is one of the reasons many believes Paris Saint Germaine aren't ready to win and European trophy at the moment. Before the game, the home team had over 70% probability ratio of winning but were able to score just one goal in the entire game.
What could be the main issue behind Paris Saint Germaine's inconsistency this season? Do you think they should get another manager before they can improve their performance?

As at the first half of this game yesterday i did mentioned that we shouldn't be expecting much from PSG in this game as their last performance isn't such that gave me the confidence to believe they were going to have it easy with Nantes even with the fact that they are an average team in the French Ligue 1 but it sounded like it wasn't going to play out that way until the end of the first half, in the second half around the 70th minute i saw the score line was still 1-1 then i knew that they weren't going to have it easy except for a miracle before they were going to win.

Yesterday's match in the French Soccer League saw the game between Rennes vs St-Étienne team, Rennes team won the match by scoring 5 goals. The performance of the St-Étienne team players was very bad, due to which St-Étienne team could not score any goal in this match. M. Cafaro got Red cards in the 37th minute and went out of the field. If we look at the point table of both teams, both teams are almost in the same position, but St-Étienne team could not do anything good in this match.

Saint Etienne players became a little more noisy when they lost one of their players due to a red card given by the referee. And if there was no red card in this match, maybe Saint Etienne would have played quite well and been able to match Rannes' game, because it was proven after the referee gave the red card, several goals were scored. In addition, in this match the referee gave 2 penalty kicks so that Rannes could score more goals in this match.

PSG was not losing, but they drew against Nantes. It's a shameful performance from them. They owned 84% ball possession, create a lot of big chances, but keep unable to get three points. Their gamplay is just getting even worsening, too much possession and backpass.

Although PSG was getting draw, they should not feel panic.  they're still 7 points ahead from the second place.

It seems you were underrating Nantes just because they were at the relegation. It's good they showed unexpected performance against PSG. They have made lots of people were fuming toward PSG. What a show!  

Yes, even though the match ended in a draw, this is a pretty bad result, considering that the team that PSG played against in the match is a team that has not performed well this season.

For Nantes, by getting a draw against PSG, hopefully this can be a strong motivation to increase their confidence so that they can improve their position and avoid the relegation zone. This is a pretty good achievement because they were able to hold the team at the top of the standings to a draw.

It was a big surprise to see PSG losing points in such game. Probably nobody expected them to do so against one of the teams in trouble in the Ligue 1 especially in a home game.

There must be many people who lost their bets on this game by betting on over 2.5 goals and even more than that maybe.    Anyways, now there is an opportunity for Monaco to get much closer to PSG in the standings. However the thing is, they have an away game against Marseille today...



The odds are so close. 2.60 looks really nice to give Monaco a chance here.

I think this is big match of this weekend because both teams currently have occupy top 4 position because Monaco at the runner up and Marseille at the 3rd place and this season Marseille home matches records is very poor because Marseille only able to gets 1 win from 5 home matches in Ligue 1 and today they will attempts to gets their second win at their home but i think it won't be easy because Monaco can be categorized as strong team for them

If we see based on head to head statistics Monaco slightly better than Marseille because they still unbeated in the last 3 meeting but i don't think Marseille also can easily to beated because their performance is much better compared to last season and previously both teams has been playing draw several times and today too there is possibility this match result will ended to draw again and the odds for draw is quite high to bets @3.45

The red card received by Etienne was one of the things that made them have to swallow a crushing defeat, because before they received the card in the 37th minute they were still able to at least hold Rennes, but after they played with 10 men, they looked very messy.
They spent too much time playing with 10 men which eventually made the game unbalanced. But that was the price they had to pay when one of their players had to be given a red card. When playing with an even number of players, they had difficulty, let alone if they lost in terms of the number of players, of course that made it much more difficult for them.

Rennes started the season badly and had a hard time recovering.Rennes had a good win against Saint Etienne and hopefully will recover after this match.Rennes didn't even give the ball to their opponent and scored 2 goals in the first half.The opponent's 10 men helped them and they were able to score 5 goals in the match.
Brest won at home in a battle of 2 teams that have struggled to win in recent weeks.Brest closed the first half 2-0 ahead with both a penalty and Petrovic's own goal in the first half.Brest failed to capitalize on a penalty early in the second half and the last 10 minutes of the match were more exciting.
PSG hadn't lost points in the league for a long time and Nantes had been defeated for the last 4 weeks.It was a miracle for Nantes to get points away from PSG and the strange thing was that they managed to get points here.
PSG dominated the game but couldn't find the winning goal.

In this match we can see Enrique trying to rotate his players again, Dembele and Warren Emery are not played as the main starters. Instead, Kang-in Lee was shifted to the wing and Goncalo Ramos returned to being the center forward. These two players are quite good based on their statistical value, but Barcola did not perform well. In fact, PSG has many opportunities, even in almost every match they play. Unfortunately, PSG does not have a striker who is able to be a finisher in his team. We can see that Enrique often dismantles his center forwards, even the return of Ramos has not been able to answer the team's needs. However, PSG is a team that has a high probability of retaining the League title, although Enrique seems dissatisfied with the performance of his team. To be honest, I didn't watch this match, but looking at the statistics of the match, it seems that Nantes played very tightly with a defensive approach and that's why PSG had difficulty getting full points.

PSG played better and they controlled the majority of the game I think it was not just their day this is sport you can't win every game you have to win some draw some while you lose some too so we don't need to blame Paris for this draw nobody saw it coming Nantes are fighting for their lives in the french Ligue one this season so they took and utilize the little opportunities that came their way, going forward their confidence level is going to improve as it will translate in their play going forward because drawing against teams like PSG is not easy so if they can do it against PSG they can do it also against other top teams too that should be their mindset and if they continue this way they will likely escape relegation this season because there are still allot of matches to play

This was really terrible already or do you think they enjoy that 1 point in any way whatsoever when in fact they had 85% ball possession? Think about a game where one team has 85% ball possession! That's like boring to watch, it is as if there are no opponents playing with them and then you can still not win the full 3 points. That's like a loss, no less like a loss. There is no "they are ok because losing would be worse than a draw". Sure it would be worse, but this is PSG in their home stadium playing the game for themselves and yet fail to win. I don't know, I think these guys are unchallenged and that is why they are not down to earth.

Correct, Stade Rennais football team played very well in this match and made match one sided. The players of that team played very full confidence and one player did 3 goals in this match. Kalimuendo was the person who did 3 goals in this match and and he did first goal at 39 minutes and he did this goal at penalty and after that we expected that Saint-Étienne team will defend but Stade Rennais team players became successful to do second goal of this match. The second goal did by Blas and he did goal at 51 minutes and after that we saw two consecutive goals by Kalimuendo and he did his second goal at 61 minutes of the match and he did his third goal at 67 minutes of the match and that goal was also on penalty.

Lyon situation is indeed quite concerning and unexpected at all, before the announcement of sanctions we had never heard that Lyon had serious financial problems, especially since they are a club with a long history and quite good achievements in Ligue 1 before, the only solution for them  is to sell many star players in order to restore their financial stability and also avoid relegation like the threat given by the current DNCG,  If we talk about big investors or sheikh as you said, it seems that it will be difficult for them to get in the near time given the length of the acquisition process that has occurred, besides that we know that so far apart from PSG, other teams in Ligue 1 do not have the attraction to recruit sponsors or investors who are able to be their supporters.

I expected to see a competitive match. But we only saw Rennes dominate in this match. Rennes players played great. And were able to win by a big margin of 5-0.

In the last three matches we saw Rennes team lose. Rennes team lost against Lille, TOulouse and Auxerre. Since Rennes players were not in good form. So I did not bet on Rennes to win this match. I predicted that the match would be a draw.

Rennes players were able to have 72% ball possession. Rennes attacked from the beginning of the match. As a result, St Etienne players could not create any opportunities to counterattack. Etienne players were able to have only 2 shots in the whole match. Neither of them was on target.

It has always been Mbappe and not Messi, Mbappe leaving is what caused the viewership numbers of the league to drop. Mbappe made the league popular and after Messi came and left still the league was recieving interest until Real Madrid came for Mbappe and now much people don't watch the league again. Personally I can't remember the last I watched the league after the departure of Mbappe. PSG dominance on the league is also making the league to be of no interest from people as they know that they're the ones that's going to win. PSG is also going to win the league again this season regardless of drawing against Marseille in their last match, they're ahead with 7 points.
