I see that you prefer to bet on the favorites, but betting on BTTS Yes with odds of 1.45 in the game Lyon - PSG is simply ridiculous. In my opinion, it is much more profitable to bet on BTTS No with odds of 2.64 in the same game. I made such a bet in the game Bayern - Barcelona (the chances were more than 3 lol) and won.

Yeah I tried to have safer picks. I thought of betting on both teams to score at a low odd like this twice actually. But it feels like picking both teams to score - no is very risky for a match like this. I don't doubt PSG to score even a bit. Lyon are also not having any difficulty in scoring these days. Maybe there is still no guarantee but I won't change my first picks as a principle. 

By the way your tactic is nice of course. Almost everyone was expecting both teams to score in the Bayern Munich - Barcelona match. But Barcelona couldn't score despite having many important goal chances. It is really all about luck sometimes. I just hope not to come across these times. It would be really disappointing if my bet for the Marseille match wins but the one for the PSG match loses.

In general, I rarely bet on BTTS, as you rightly noted, a lot here depends on luck/unluck - roughly speaking, the result is random, but in this case (Bayern - Barcelona), the skew in the odds was too big. Even if Barcelona scored a goal (objectively they were close to this) I would consider a BTTS No bet with odds of 3 correct. At a distance, such bets must pay off. For Ligue 1 teams the primary goal is to beat the teams that could come close to Paris. If they can manage to do that there is a chance to make it into the international games for the upcoming season. Beyond that I think everything comes close to a miracle. If a PSG gives away points out of a sudden constantly and you are close to them, that might be a chance, but is that realistic? Probably not. I wish it was so more fans would be close to the league. For now, and probably for a long time until another big investor goes into Ligue 1, it will stay the way it is.

It's really hard to attract fans in Ligue 1 because we know most people outside of France are obviously focused on France and that includes me in this.
It's quite difficult when you look at other teams in Ligue 1 when one club is different from the other.
As for Rennes and Marseille, surprises may exist but in this case I still expect a good performance from Marseille compared to Rennes.

I personally might still be in Marseille in this match although I know it's a bit risky because Rennes are also currently in pretty good form.
But compared to this series, it will only be a narrow victory I think considering that currently Marseille can always make good strikes and the defense is not bad I think.
