Paris SG beat Troyes 2-1 away. It was an interesting match. We conceded 3 goals in 21 minutes. I was expecting more goals in the match, but the match ended with this score. Paris SG scored with Icardi and Hakimi. No goals were scored in the ongoing matches.

I was a bit dissapointed in that game especially from psg side but we have seen some new faces plus there were a lot of major absences like marqinhos  ramos verrati neymar and many others i guess with a full squad we will see their true face this season.

This past season was probably the best thing that happened for PSG. They lost the league and they were eliminated from champions league earlier than they wanted, but this lit a fire under the management. Look at what they did this year, even addition of Messi is a big deal, but with Donnaruma, ramos and hakimi that is just going to be insane, and they have wijnaldum as well.

Funny thing is that Barcelona wanted Wijnaldum to put aside Messi, PSG not only got wijnaldum from under them, but also got Messi to see that dream happen but in different jersey. Thanks to last year's failure, they built a team that may end up winning everything, this team could do a sixtuple, or maybe fail who knows but I can say it will definitely be amazing.

What a comeback from marseille after being led 2 0 in the first half by montpelier they managed to win the game scoring three goals in the second half with top performance they created many chances and great performance from under in his debute not to mention payet who always score important goals for OM.

Montpellier was leading the game at some point by 2-0 before Marseille got back in the game late in the game to score3 goals that sealed their first win of the 2021/2022 ligue 1 season. I'm glad they won though. Not like I placed any bet on them just that Marseille is one of my favorite ligue 1 team and they've been disappointing in recent years. It's not an impressive win but it's a good start to their season campaign.

It would be interesting to see which teams will be able to compete with PSG this season given the depth of their squad.

He might be able to find a solution to let four of them play at the same time, but five? Hm, Di Maria isn't really that flexible I would say as he is a true winger. Mbappe also prefers to be a winger with focus on the center at full speed. Same for Messi although he can certainly play in the center, a bit backwards behind the strikers. Will be exciting if it really happens!

Truth be told PSG has a lot of star players like, goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma,  Georginio Wijnaldum, Sergio Ramos,  Kylian Mbappe, Neymar and Angel di Maria. Yet, it has been said that a team full of stars doesn't actually make them champions. It takes more than that. On the other hand, although, Lille lost their goalkeeper Mike Maignan to AC Milan, they are still my best bet to win the league.

Yes you are right. Paris SG built a really, really strong squad this season. If Lionel Messi is added to this, no one can prevent Paris SG. They become the biggest candidates for the championship in all their tournaments. A team with Kylian Mbappe, Neymar and Messi in the offensive zone does not lose easily. As the goalkeeper, there is Donnarumma, the most valuable player of the Euro 2020 tournament. One of the biggest contenders to win for League 1 and UCL is Paris SG.

First games are not really that important because teams are just getting used to things. Neymar didn't play neither, and Messi is moving to PSG as well so he wasn't around, goalkeeper was still Navas, Ramos was nowhere to be found. Basically we are going to see a whole different PSG in a few weeks for sure, I don't know everyone's excuse but they will eventually play. When that happens we are going to actually see something insane, it is going to be unreal.

I do not remember a team that was as built amazingly as PSG in the recent years, this team is filled with superstars in every position and they will definitely win the league with ease, and I mean like with quite ease, probably at least 10+ points to the second, argument could be made for 15 and more but usually teams give up after that much difference and start losing games so I think 10+ is more realistic.

When Montpellier made the score 2-0, I thought that they would win the game. But Marseille didn't give up and managed to turn the game around. Payet scored 2 goals and Cengiz Under scored one.

By the way, Metz - Lille game was also very exciting. Lille barely managed to get one point. Burak Yilmaz saved the team by scoring in the last minute.

Let's not forget that PSG last season did not become the champion of the previous version of the squad. Of course, there are different cases and the known favorites with a stellar composition sometimes do not win, but still it seems that the chances of Paris Saint-Germain for the championship have increased compared to last year. Of course, any new team composition requires a certain teamwork and time, but I don't think that this will be a huge problem for PSG's star newcomers. I have another reasonable question about this, whether Mauricio Pochettino will be able to cope with so many stars, effectively manage them and build a successful team game.

They scored 3 goals in the second half and won the match. Dimitri Payet's goals in the 75th and 80th minutes gave Marseille the lead. At the end they got 3 points.
