Now that it is pretty much certain that Messi will go to PSG, what team of the French league do you guys think could even get close to threaten PSG? The only thing that can stop PSG then is injuries. I can't think of anything else that might seriously threaten them to not win the title. Neymar, Mbappe and Messi is probably even stronger than Neymar, Suarez and Messi.

The deadly trio currently owned by PSG is not impossible, they will be able to easily grab the league 1 title this season, especially since PSG in the last few seasons have always had a qualified squad to compete in the French league, especially with the arrival of Lionel Messi to a club based in France. the French capital is not impossible for them to win the title this season, but we also cannot underestimate there are some dark horse teams who will keep PSG's steps to win this phenomenal season, for example like Marseille, Lyon, and also Last season's reigning champions were Lille

They won’t make the same mistake again this season. Moreover, they have become stronger with Messi and Ramos in the team. It will be difficult for any strong team to win against them now.

The gameplay of Marseille's players fascinated me. Montpellier was leading 2-0 at the end of the first half. I never thought Marseille would come back so well in the second half. They scored 3 goals in the second half and won the match. Dimitri Payet's goals in the 75th and 80th minutes gave Marseille the lead. At the end they got 3 points.

Honestly it was as much of marsielle playing very well but also at the same time montpellier playing horrible as well. When you look at the goals, I understand that a freekick goal could be scored at all times and that is understandable, but when you look at the first goal, where was defense up until the ball got to Under? I mean goalkeeper and defenders should have stopped that ball getting to him, which was a bad effort, I am not even talking about the last goal, that is just humiliating for the whole defense and midfield, dude basically scored in spite of everyone around him, someone had to get the ball from him and he scored in such a crowded place.

Still congratz to Marsielle, they played very well too, and they showed that this year they are a bit of a different mindset of a team, they are going to really push for it for sure.

Messi and Neymar have a strong connection that dates way back, Neymar and Mbappe have already grown a bond both on and off the pitch; I personally see no reason why the trio would not have a perfect blend together, also considering they Messi plays alongside a couple of the other players at PSG for the national team.

If I have any doubts about the squad, it would be on the manager. Pichetinno night find it a bit difficult dealing with the players as I don't think he has ever coached a team with this much talent. How to bring out the best of the team would be the biggest hurdle.

Messi transfer is such an important event that everyone in the world is talking about this right now. Barcelona fans are just devastated by this news. In the meantime, PSG fans are going crazy for Messi.    They even wanted to welcome him at the airport a few days ago because they were expecting Messi to come then. But it was a false alarm.

There shouldn't not br an issue with playing together if you ask me, Messi is use to playing along side numerous star infested squad club and country side, He's just going to be himself and he's selfless imo so there wouldn't be much of an issue, although I'd expect a bit when it comes to the responsibility of each players on the pitch, in terms of taking free kicks and penalties, I guess that might cause quite an headache for the coach, if he's going to have to be the one to make the decision.

Winning the title depends entirely on the coach now. Mauricio Pochettino is an experienced coach. Now his main responsibility is to build a stable team of all talented players. If there is internal strife in the team, no matter how many star players there are in the team, the result will not be good. The team is experienced, there is nothing to teach them. The coach's responsibility is to resolve internal disputes and fix match strategy.

Exactly my point, Messi was majorly recognised with the number 19 and 10, I think he could have humbly requested it from either players and I think one of them could have even be willing to let him have the number, but I guess it just doesn't matter with Leo, that's an iota of the selflessness they can expect of him.

I was surprised myself to have seen Messi with the number 30 shirt, it didn't feel like the best of ideas then, I had to look at it from the angle of cruelty. It would have been a lot more cruel should Messi have taken the number 10 Jersey from Neymar Jnr. Neymar Jnr practically left Barcelona due to the complete dominance of Messi, though he was recognised in much of the games he futured, the glory was often awarded to Messi. He left, to PSG to make a name of his own and then, here is Messi again and as such, taking the number 10 Jersey would have been a bad idea.

except for if his teammates volunteerly offers that sacred number 10. he might rejected it as a supportive gesture especially for neymar,  i believe he've been offered that.
