You're right with what you said but Brest did play well in today's game and looking at the game stats they conceived just 8 fouls while PSG conceived 7 despite their leading which means we should expect a lot of good playing from Brest this season.
Having said that, I don't know if it is me alone, why do you guys only believe the Champion league is the only reason PSG signed Messi?

Paris SG played great. I agree with you that apart from Messi and Neymar, PSG is playing very well. But none of their opponents were strong. However, they have conceded 4 goals in 2 matches against weak opponents. Defenders should perform with a little more responsibility. If Donnarumma had been the goalkeeper, they might not have conceded these 4 goals.

And from what i can see, even Pochettino follow the mess by keep talking about Messi and the Champions League. I find it useless to keep talking about Messi even when we discuss games he wasn't present !
I think this not a good sign for other PSG players in terms of enthousiasm and psychology when they feel that their strong team as always used to be, becomes in potential fearness without Messi .

But PSG were like always. They crushed Brest 4-2 away. I really liked Herrera's performance that he got 1 goal and 1 assist. And Kylian Mbappe scored his first goal in this season.

Journalists are the ones who keeps asking about questions about Messi, Pochettino only responds to their questions, but it is getting annoying, Messi is a really good player we all know that, and of course he can add a lot to the squad, but like you said other players will feel inferior to Messi and be reminded of that all the time, even if they win the Champions league, the media is going to put the spotlight on Messi, even without him they reached the semi-final and the final in the last two years, all the players should get the attention they deserve.

sometimes a high hopes could make you disappointed even more misery,  i mean when everyone saying that this team is insane and unlikely beatable but the outcome by the end of the season they fail to deliver that expectation to win ucl even fail to win ligue 1 with this dream team lol i can imagine how the world roasting them.

Well, Paris Saint-Germain himself understood what he was doing when he invited such a star. Therefore, it is not surprising that the increased attention to the club has already reached a new world level and this attention will be increased until the first match played by Messi for the new club. I think that Pochettino is not going to prove that he can safely do without Messi, but just calmly, as far as possible in this situation, introduce a player into the squad. They were dominating the first half. But not that much in second half. In the end of the match it was 2-3 for PSG and Brest had so many chances to draw the game but was unlucky and in the end was 2-4 . I think PSG need to get more serious

However, the third day of Ligue 1 offers plenty of rich games. I personally picked five interesting Games, for Sunday afternoon. For example, Angers will try to surprise once again and to get another useful result.

Rennes or draw for Rennes-Nantes

PSG defenders are never at top level. They can play well in Ligue I but in Champions League, they bring uncertainty when opponents are top clubs. It is abnormal to see PSG conceded many goals from French clubs. You are right that Donnarumma and Ramos will help them when they are in the squad.

Am not a PSG fan but am worried for them because if a team that is considered strong is failing to keep clean sheets against weaker teams, then what will happen will the face tougher opponents?? PSG needs to fix their defense asap!
