Rennes had a really unlucky game for themselves. Because they found so many goal chances during the game but couldn't make use of any of them.

Especially in the first half, Rennes had so many wasted chances. One of them by Gouiri was a really absolute goal chance but it hit the upper goal post. After wasting so many chances Marseille just punished them hard. Their goal came by a good free-kick organization. It was obviously a prepared kind of free-kick but their using the free-kick caught Rennes players off guard. In the last minutes, Rennes could have scored the equalizer but they wasted another big chance in the last minute.

This is a really valuable win for Marseille as it was a hard-fought one in a big game.

Personally, I was not expecting to see a team like Rennes winning the game against Marseille. I mean I know Rennes was performing well and they are currently the 8th team in the league but Marseille got a much better situation and they are the second team in the league with a gap between themselves and PSG while they also started the season very well and winning this game is not spring for me. But in the next game, Rennes is going to face Auxerre in which they can have hope to beat this team.

It looks like Rennes will not be able to maintain its position in the top five, because Lille, which is under Rennes now, only has one point gap. So, with a very close point gap like this, Lille, which can basically be said to be a team that has better quality than Rennes, then of course this will allow Lille to take over the top five positions.

last season marseille successfully stopped in 2nd position with only a 15 point difference from PSG and this season it looks like marseille will finish in 2nd position too. For me, I think it's time to say goodbye to active European football. Messi and Ronaldo are fortunate to be active in football for above 35 years, this might not be Neymar's case. Reconstruction surgeries are useful but his age might affect his recovery process. Many top players resigned in their prime because of injuries, and Neymar should also consider this option. Or he could look toward the Middle East or the US to continue his trade.

I think the lyon-lorient match was as important as the rennes-marsille match.  Honestly, I expected lyon to win but lorient didn't allow it. We can say that both teams played equally. But it's worth saying that lyon, of course, had more scoring chances. But they couldn't capitalize on them. But I hope that in the next match they can win with a minimum deficit of 2 goals to make it easier for them to reach the end of the season. For Monaco they should have won but Troyes couldn't give up so easily and the equalizer came in the added time, a bit of bad luck for Monaco in this game.

An important match has been left for Marseille and they managed to get 3 points away from Rennes with a single goal.  I think the Marseille team know that their championship hopes are very weak.  Along with Monaco for second place, Lens are their rivals.  Marseille have to win every game for second place from this side.

Whenever you receive surgery, remember that it is never a permanent cure in 99% of the cases. Even if some part of your body is biologically reconstructed, it is still more prone to injuries than what our bodies would build under healthy conditions. Toulouse is surely having good season after coming from Ligue 2, and now they are staying into middle which is also good achievement because we have few top teams are struggling badly and things are looking not ideal for them which is surely a concern but in this all Toulouse which is in safe zone have no change for the dropping into zone and chances for the Europa matches are also not possible because recently we have good performance from the few teams which are surely having good lead from them for staying into European competitions chances.

Most of the teams are having away form problem which is surely at Toulouse as well which is need to cover but this all needs good funds for having better quality players and things which are also important for having better results.

It's important for PSG to have both Messi and Mbappe for the next match with Bayern Munich in Germany. They have to win there and need to have contributions from their best attacking players. Neymar will be out but they need to have two rest best attacking players in Munich to win over Bayern after all. It is not easy for PSG because of disadvantage result from a first leg and also because in Champions League, Bayern are more experienced than PSG.

This season looks to be a last season of Messi for PSG because the progress for a new contract between him and PSG has no progress during past three months. Rumor is Messi is more keen on a super deal from Middle East with which he will gain $1B for four year contract there. It equals to all earning he has gotten so far in his career since 2004. There are a bunch of complaints from PSG supporters about neymar. it seems like that would better if neymar will not play during the match against bayern. The combination between messi and mbappe is far better than when he was in the trio. The problem is messi will be going to the allianz arena. This stadion knew as a very bad stadion for messi as he rarely got good results played at allianz arena.

Remember in the first leg PSG was not dominating the match against bayern. This will be even worst compared with the first leg. I'll be going all in on bayern. I think that bayern will have really big ball possession against PSG, it's not so hard for bayern to defeat PSG at its home.
PSG is not so strong too as some players got injured. Bayern needs only to change coman due to the red card.
