Psg as a team has to do more in attack, upfront and mildfield in other to win match because the team look unstable to me, looking at the recent happenings in the club the club is really struggling to get get goals, their seems to be looming danger and if something is not done urgently they might slide away from the first position, seeing what Monaco is doing lately anything is possible, PSG without mbappe is frustrating, Messi can't do all the work required of him somebody has to help to get the desired results.

I couldn't agree with you more that the team has to improve, especially in the offensive department. We have observed that they are having trouble scoring goals as of late, and it isn't simply due to the absence of Mbappé.

My guess is that their current problems stem in part from a lack of motivation. The French club often splashes the cash on A-list players and appears to have a formidable roster on paper, but as we all know, skill isn't a guarantee of victory. It's as though they don't have the fire and determination to win huge tournaments like the Champions League. They have the means to compete with the best teams in Europe, after all; however, this has not been reflected in their on-field success. Mbappe, sergio ramos and now neymar get injured recently , psg can't lose it all at once .. the tight schedule makes anybody who become a coach would be in confusing dizzy situation , they need to win it all and there is a huge risk in it as well , there is no best option.

I wouldn't say that there is a risk for them to lose Ligue 1, probably the champions league which would be against Bayern Munich, but PSG have enough players to still win the league, we all can see that even with them losing two matches in a row, they are now still on top with a fair gap.

Now with their good form in last few matches even Mbappé and Neymar both are not available things are changing for them, and they have no issue to lost title in this year Marseille defeat at home against Nice give them eight points gapes which is enough for them to stay at top for the long time and also manage these injuries but with these injuries now their chances in PSG is surely going to be minimum because if Mbappé is not available for the home match then surely they can face and things can go against them with in away game Bayern Munich could be at this best and not allowed them to have any space.

They are not also recovering from their few injuries and in last few matches their performance is also at his best which is surely the biggest development for them before big match which is now just few days away.

While no one was expecting result like this but Nice recent form is impressive as now they have 13 points from their last 5 matches which is amazing stuff and Marseille in previous game at home already struggle against Monaco which is surely signal as they are not doing good against good teams and just because of this Nice give no chance to them in this match and have aggressive approach from the start of match which was good strategy from Degard.

In first half both teams were on level but Nice having luck their chances were converted into goals but in second half mostly Marseille were dominating, but things were not in their favour, and they were unable to have good result from this performance now surely they are having big setback for their title chances.

Marseille had very bad luck in this match so they lost. Its performance in Marseille was good. But every attack by Nice's players was planned and organized. Nice were very tactical in this match. A total of 14 shots were taken by Nice players, and 8 of them were on target. On the other hand, Marseille did more attacks. They had 22 shots, but only 4 were on target. In Marseille it should have kept the defense tight and then tried to attack. Then maybe they wouldn't have conceded 3 goals.

I don't agree with you, Marseille doesn't play very well when compared to Nice, if we look at the course of the match, the effectiveness of the Marseille attack is very low compared to Nice, out of 8 shots on target that were made nice, 3 were goals while Marseille only have 1 goal from the 5 shots on target they got.

I'm not saying that Nice didn't play well. However, the performance of its players in Marseille was good. They have been able to create a lot of attacking opportunities. And attacked a lot. But they can't finish properly. Marseille's players created plenty of attacking opportunities as well as missed plenty. And that's why they lost. If you remove the three best attackers or players from any club in the world, it is surely going to affect that team, that is why this doesn't have anything to do with psg alone. Psg also have some other attackers who are also good, but they are not as good as this trio, that is why they wanted to buy Ziyech, so if one out of the trio is absent, then Ziyech can replace the person, the deal did not work out anyway. Psg need messi and neymar to step up against bayern, mbappe would miss the game, but i believe whoever replaces him would do his best, they need to win that first leg so that their qualification to the next round would be made easy. Psg team will have a tough game next round against monaco, it will be an away game against a team in a good shape, it will be difficult since psg team performance doesn't seem convincing recently, monaco team is currently fourth and only two points separate them from marseille so they will surely want to win against psg and climb the ranks so i wouldnt be surprised if they manage to beat them.

The first game is vs Marseille in 2 days in round of 16 in French Cup which will be crucial for both teams to pass. They don't have choice here.

The match against Monaco looks interesting because this time the bookie provide high odds for PSG @2.25 and as a host Monaco has odds @3.05 and if i am not mistaken this is one of the highest odds for them during this season because usually the odds for them usually low considering they are the favourite for almost every matches
I think PSG will be in trouble because Monaco in the good shape especially PSG possibly will not playing full team and in Monaco they have Ben Yedder and Embolo who very sharp recently i think these players will scoring goals and i was thinking probably PSG will slipped this time

I don't know if this thing was caused by marseille's player being frastated or not but here's main concern.

22 shots and only 5 on goals. It has also 58% ball possessions compared with nice. i think that the attacking line was facing a problem. It was making any attack that has been making by marseille looks inaffective against nice.

It is not easy to fix a team that has an issue on offense, and it's not easy to attack a team that closes down and parks the bus like Nice did. This allowed Nice to have a good defense and not get scored easily, but it also gave them plenty of counter attacking chances as well, defense of Marseille got caught off guard plenty of times.

I guess that we know from history that just because you have possession doesn't mean you are going to win the game, it's quite possible for everyone that you could end up losing the game even when you end up with more shots and more passes and control the ball all game, as long as one team scores more than the other, that's all that matters.

Even though Mbappe is absent, at least Galtier can still rely on Neymar, who has been confirmed to have fully recovered. after all, PSG still has Messi. also, PSG can rely on Ekkitike even though he is not as sharp as Mbappe. but I'm sure PSG will still be a very tough team if only for Ligue 1.

If PSG don't have Messi, Neymar and Mbappe, then PSG will have attackers or other players because as a big team, of course, they will have players who have great potential too. But yes, if for example at this moment and then all three players are injured and cannot be played, then PSG will not be able to do much to attack and score goals.

I think that it will be so difficult for monaco to beat PSG. I think that the possible result between PSG against monaco will be a draw. Monaco has been performing so well during the last 5 matches in french league. PSG still becomes favorite against monaco. PSG's odd really good even though it will be playing away against monaco. PSG will not play with its star mbappe. Messi itself will be leaving PSG at the end of the season. Im sure that PSG will win against monaco although by a small sccore.
