Balance in a team is the main thing, actually you don't have to have star players to create a team like that, as long as they can understand each other and can carry out what the coach instructs properly. They actually have enough capital to create a dream team like that, it's just that now I think they still chose the wrong step by only relying on star players.

If you only rely on star players, of course this is the wrong strategy because the star players at PSG such as Messi, Mbabpe and Neymar are players who are in the striker position. So PSG needs to look at other players to secure the center and back positions to make the team stronger, because strikers also can't do much if the midfield and back lines are destroyed and the team doesn't develop as desired.

Strasbourg is a team at the bottom of the points table but their performances in recent times have surprised everyone. The performance of the team has improved. And now they are playing well in almost every match. Even though they lost against Monaco in the last match, they managed to score three goals in this match. The lens is a very strong team. And they are now fighting for the title. With PSG not in good form, Lens will now try their best to go to the top of the table. The Strasbourg team cannot be said to be weak as an opponent. Lens players can't make any mistakes and they can't beat the Strasbourg team. The lens will try to dominate this match from the start. If they play an attacking strategy from the beginning of the match, they might be able to defeat the Strasbourg team.

To be fair they are not "that" great. They are doing fine and all but they are also losing a bit as well and I feel like that is not really showing of any improvement, sure when you are so bad that having one or two wins in 5-6 games becomes "improvement" then yeah they do have an improvement, but it is not like schalke at bundesliga for example, they got more points in the last 5 games than their entire first half type of improvement, that is the type strassbourg needs in order to make sure they do not relegate.

People who say ligue 1 is easy only look at PSG and how much better they look compared to others, but low down here, teams do have a great battle not to relegate, that's also good to watch.

I'm just seeing Marseille as the only team that might be able to catch up with PSG in the time left for the end of the season. But I can't believe in even them now. Because they have also started to be a little consistent recently. They lost two points in two matches that they could have won both normally. It didn't seem like they were really eager to win the Ligue 1 title this season.

Honestly PSG are a really big mess indeed this season. They have made numerous mistakes in their league matches as well. But there is still no team to punish them for it. Galtier must be feeling the pressure over himself on one hand. Because PSG are out of the Champions League quite early and they can't even secure the Ligue 1 title easily. It doesn't feel like Galtier will be permanent here.

Sadly, It's not just Marseille but even Lens can have the chance to reach PSG soon if they continue this weak performance during this season because honestly I wan not exporting to see PSG getting this close to other teams in the French league even after buying these superstar players, surely the fans of PSG are unhappy because the results during this season.

I agree with you that Ligue 1 is easy if we only look at Paris Saint Germain, I think the league would be more competitive if Paris Saint Germain weren't here. Not that I mean, if Paris Saint Germain is on the same level as other clubs. If you look at the struggle for position under Paris Saint Germain, of course it is tough competition. I hope there are other clubs that can make themselves at the same level as Paris Saint Germain, so that the competition is more interesting to watch.

PSG have had pretty hard times this season. I would say I haven't seen the French league this tough. Even in other seasons when PSG dominates the league with provoking points without a good second,  they weren't high-class players like the likes of Messi, Neymar or Mbappe. This simply means that if Frencj league has been this tough in seas on past,  PSG will not attain the height of being called French league champions. I am not too certain about them winning this tittle,  not if they continue like this.

Neymar's absence, especially in the last 2 matches they did, is quite felt at this time. With Lens current condition and by looking at the opponent's condition in Strasbourg which is still quite unfavorable, it is clear that 3 points are still very possible for them, especially when they will be playing at home.
This condition still allows to close the gap but on the other hand PSG is now a concern of course, with a lot of star players they have faced and 2 not-so-good results in the last 2 matches are a little worse than expected.

Paris Saint Germain's tactical unbalance this season is as a result of the mentality and work rate of their manager and that's where they were dumbed out of Europe by Bayern Munich in the round of 16. Christophe Galtier isn't the best man for the PSG job and he must accept it and leave the club at the end of the season. The club owners has hugely invested in this club and they need to start winning trophies both domestic and European honours and if they must achieve that, then they have to get a new Coach

Galtier is indeed the only person who should be held responsible for the poor results achieved by PSG this season either in the champions league or ligue 1. As a coach he seems to have no mental motivation for his players and as we know Galtier seems resigned to the results achieved get PSG in every game. It's time for him to be fired by the club because this will have a very bad impact if he continues to let Galtier stay at PSG.

But indeed, things like this might still not be taken seriously by PSG officials, even though for most fans, of course, 2 consecutive defeats would seem bad for Galtier.
But with conditions like this, it would be better for PSG to find a new coach from now on so that when the new season starts they are ready with a new coach because forcing Galtier I think it's not very wise.

psg is still a strong candidate to become the Ligue 1 champion. nothing can stop them even though lately they have not been able to win in the last 2 matches. psg and lens are 6 points adrift with the remaining matches this season are 9 more matches that they can maximize to play consistently in the upcoming matches.

Lens will find it difficult to provide tough resistance for PSG because the squad depth of these two teams is quite different so that in the upcoming match when Lens faces PSG I think this is the match that will determine their destiny to be who is the best.

Monaco are another team following Lens - Marseille duo right behind in the standings now. There is only a gap of three points so it can be closed up for sure. The competition for the Champions League is just getting bigger while we are getting close to the end of the season on one hand. Monaco made a really big effort last season to qualify for the Champions League groups directly but they lost the position to Marseille in the final moments.

This time maybe they can do the same to them. But while there is Lens as well it wouldn't be easy at all though. Lens also have been beyond the expectations so far.

I don't think that Ronaldo in his prime could be a problem for any club even with his ambitions and ego. Messi is now a completely different case - how can you make him run around the field and put pressure if even in his best years he practically did not do this? But no one will let the head coach put Messi on the bench or kick him out of the team (if the contract is extended with him, which is already very doubtful). This is politics and PR.
Don't know about Real Madrid - looks like Ancelotti can stay another year and like Deschamps won't make room for Zizou 

In terms of defensive work Ronaldo and Messi are really the same. Ronaldo isn't working defensively. I would even say that it is more likely for Messi to get the ball deep in his own half and drive the game forward like almost nobody else. He is rarely engaging in duels close to his own box, but he is ready to switch the game's dynamic in many cases. But there is one thing that puts Messi miles apart from Ronaldo and that is the fact that Messi adapted his game from a pure goal scorer to an outstanding assistant and still be a goalscorer. There is no clasico in Ligue 1 that's comparable to La Liga. There is no Manchester City or Arsenal as of now. Ligue 1 is kindergarten for PSG and when you surround yourself with weaker teams, you start losing the absolute desire to give your 110% in every game. That is the issue PSG has when it comes to the Champions League. Without realizing you play at 70% an entire season and then there is Bayern Munich tomorrow and you think you are ready because you are dominating Ligue 1.

In the term of schedules Lens is more easy compared to PSG and today if Lens can able to overcomes Strasbourg they will successfully to cut their points gap with PSG and the opportunities to earn 3 points from this match is quite high considering Strasbourg recent performance is not really good and regarding teams conditions i can see the players from both teams are in the good shape so far there are no serious problem from them

I am sure this match will be so tight because from their previous meetings i have seen Strasbourg can makes Lens in trouble several times but i have been notice Lens player Lois Openda recently has showed good performance with scores 6 goals in the last 5 matches and Strasbourg should be careful to this player however the odds for Lens currently @1.50 it's clearly they are the favourite and this is not high odds but it's decent to try
