What do you guys think about Christophe Galtier words? He said that he thinks he deserves to stay for another season and that it was so difficult for his team and he is proud of his performance as a coach.I will always have a problem with a coach who wins the Ligue 1 title and nothing else with the PSG team.

He deserves no more season. Galtier has been wasting so many chances that already given to him and the management is not having patience anymore at this moment. The club already planned to sign the new coach for upcoming season.
His performance with PSG was average. So much money already spent by owner of PSG to sign some big players a few years ago and he gets nothing.
PSG was always failed in UCL. that's it.

Winning that title with PSG feels like a must and I wonder what he is referring to when he said that this season was so hard because of al the problems they had. Does he mean because of Neymar's injury? They market value of his team is quite close to a billion and when you take out Neymar it is still over 800 million.

Why always neymar? The PSG itself had so many problems. Galter didn't even try to fix it.

Galtier is a big joke for PSG. he was only able winning farmer league with a squad that has so many wold class players.

But I don't understand what these clubs expect when Chelsea signed Potter and PSG signed Galtier. You have these teams that are used to playing world class soccer and then you sign coaches who haven't won anything ever. But let's see what they are going to do during this summer because they will go through some major changes I believe. Some players will leave and the only coaches I know who are available right now are Zidane and maybe Nagelsmann, but Zidane would at least have the experience they need. With Nagelsmann you could argue the same thing that he hasn't won anything really.

Indeed PSG's dominance about winning the Ligue 1 title wouldn't change no matter Galtier is staying or leaving this summer. Because there is such a huge gap between PSG and the rest of the teams in the league that can't be closed that easy. Lens tried to do it and did a pretty good job as well. But even that high effort wasn't enough to win the title at the end.

When it comes to Messi and Neymar, Messi is already about to become free agent. He still hasn't made up his mind about his future. There is still no offer by Barcelona side due to FFP rules in the La Liga. If they somehow iron out the wrinkles then I think Messi's first choice would be Barcelona undoubtedly. But as for Neymar there is still no intention to make an offer for him by any team.

Galtier is the one who could manage this team and avoid all that happened during this season for players like Messi and a good manager knows how to have control over the players, which is not coach like Galtier can do because he doesn't have the power for it, doesn't matter if Messi leaves this team or not because PSG can't fond alternative for most the players they are going to leave this team.

Well, because Monaco lost by Rennes in yesterday's match, it looks like Monaco no longer has a chance to finish in fourth or fifth place. After all, in the last match Lille will only play against Toyes and Rennes will only play against Brest. Monaco has losing so many points from previous matches and 4 points from 5 matches seems is not impressive records and i know Monaco chance to finish at top 5 is quite slim but they can hopes Rennes or Lille slipped from next matches but Monaco should be able to bouncing back and win the match against Toulouse and if they can able to performing well Toulouse is not strong opponent for them because based on head to head statistics i can see Monaco had good records from Toulouse

Isn't it that Messi and Neymar don't make a difference to qualify for the UCL final let alone win it, PSG failed in the UCL this season and if Galtier stays of course it's a bit complicated to find replacement players, but actually PSG need to overhaul all their players both from their back line and their front line to increase a strong defense as well as a front line for attack power that can produce goals.

There is no need to look for famous players as long as players have potential or are young and talented players, of course that is good enough, many clubs also partner with young players so there is nothing wrong with PSG adding new players to their squad to be better next season.

Certainly a difficult situation for Galtier to find replacements for these 2 strong players even though Paris SG itself needs strong players in the coming season who can bring Paris SG to win in other leagues.

@piebeyb wasn’t there a rumour that Mourinho would be the new PSG coach and I yet feel that PSG will look to Mourinho to make this transition smooth. Furthermore the same rumour article had contained a report which said PSG was planning to hire upcoming stars rather than just buy ready made stars but it was bit contradictory as Mourinho doesn’t usually works well with upcoming stars so let’s see what kind of approach they take once the summer transfer window opens up.

Paris Saint Germain had to change the size of their squad and even the coaching staff, I don't see them being continuous between the coach and the players, that's what made them fail even though they were filled with many star players. I have the same question like you too. Chelsea is the best example about the very bad mistake that being made by the owner. Galtier and potter are the same. These coaches have no good experience in european competition.
As far as i remember if PSG has a chance to sign mourinho as a new coach but PSG refuses it. Even mourinho has been confirming that if PSG has not yet made any contact toward him which is non sense.

Zidane has so many requirements. Zidane wanna be a coach for a team that makes him interested. He doesn't like to be dictated by the team.
I hope that PSG will not repeat the same mistake again to sign a bad coach for the team. The main mission to rebuild the team now. It must be done by an experienced coach.
