PSG are just all over the news with their performance last night and I wonder if they don't have what it took to deliver in that encounter against the EPL side Newcastle, I was just surprised by the way i saw PSG played and at some point I begin to ask myself why were they even given the odd by the bookie to win in that encounter? So humiliating in my own point of view.
I thought they (PSG) played out a shameless goalless draw against Clermont Foot last week just to get prepared in the champions league game, I thought they were going to thrash Newcastle but they went to England and collected the beating on their life, now who are they going to blame since they don't have Messi and Neymar Jr on that squad?
Mbappe on the other hand was nowhere to be found, so I just don't think PSG are part of the teams that went to compete for the UCL title, they went to fill in the gap and they'll always be that domestic champions of Ligue 1.

So, did you previously think that PSG had a chance to win the Champions League trophy this season? Honestly, even before the first match started in this group stage match but I had already concluded at that time. That, to win the group in the Champions League, I think it will still be difficult for PSG this season. So yes, with the defeat PSG had against Newcastle I still think it remains a reasonable result too. Although indeed, at least a defeat with a big score like that, of course, remains a surprise too . This time I have no idea about PSG and why they don't have a good situation because in the last season, PSG failed mostly because of the coach they had, and this time PSG got a coach like Enrique in the team while he has a better experience, but unfortunately, even with Mbappe, Dembele, and Enrique coaching this team, PSG is on 5th place of the table and they got 12 points in the 7 games they had in the French League so far.

It depends on when a player joins PSG, if he joins as a young player and has yet been star player, playing for PSG will help to upgrade his career. That's true, and for Luis Enrique the failure to get full points in these two matches added to the bad record in his coaching career. For now, PSG still has a big chance of qualifying for the next stage in the UCL, but of course they have to be successful in overcoming the next 4 four matches and can't lose points. Enrique must be able to make the best use of the momentum, as well as in Ligue 1.

If you experience defeat again in Ligue 1 and in the UCL, all the statements put forward will look like excuses. Not only for League 1 but Mbappe has also won title that is very rare for many top players to get namely by bringing France as champions at the 2018 World Cup and from there Mbappe also started to have big name for his achievements and getting tittle the best.
But if Mbappe greatness only stops here in League 1 it would be a shame and he needs to leave PSG to at least be able to have the UCL title he has never won.
In the future in the next few seasons if it continues like this PSG chances of winning the UCL will also be very difficult even Mbappe existence will be in vain if he decides to agree to contract extension with PSG.

I actually think that if Mbappe plays in England for Manchester City it will be disaster for every team in the Premier League and also the UCL because Manchester City will be filled with very dangerous players and of course they can have the upper hand in being the strongest in several seasons.
Imagine that on the front line there are Mbappe and Haaland then Manchester City will definitely get goals in succession but there were rumors circulating that Pep Guardiola was not really interested in bringing Mbappe from PSG.

We seem to have the same thoughts about Paris Saint Germain. Is it the fault of the management? Yes, I would say so, because they have access to make things better or worse for Paris Saint Germain. I don't see the assertiveness of the management to make this club the best it can be. They have the money, they have the star players, they also have the ability to bring in other star players, but they can't make the club go in a better direction.  I think they need to do a massive overhaul and rebuild the club from the ground up.

However, with PSG's current condition where the players cannot be blamed because looking at the players they have, PSG should be able to do something better but in the last few matches we know that they are struggling to get full points with players who are actually far above average.
This is clearly a management error where they cannot give a good performance even though they are supported by several high-quality players. Yes it can be said that it is the fault of the management, if you blame the coach some of the coaches who have handled them have also failed, even though the coach has a good reputation. They have internal problems, and those problems come from not being able to solve the problems that have been rooted from within.
If they do not change this then they will not be able to show improvement, and one of the things that can make them improve is with changes coming from management as well.
Their situation is similar to Mnchester United, although they do not have specific problems, but in general, many people think that Manchester United's problems also come from their management.
