Mabappes brace was the saviour of the day for PSG els they would have ended up in a draw against Brest, it was a really interesting game with some epic performance, Brest really tried to put up such resistance against the mighty PSG and almost stole a point from them,  their Home advantage was really a boost to their morale as they played so we'll against PSG with every strength they had.

Earlier I would wan to feel Breast wouldn't be a tough challenge for PSG even tho I know PSG currently isn't in a perfect form but they had with this form won a game at the UCL over the week so it was expected they would just win stress-free but then Breast probe to us today that they are not to be taken for granted as they aswell can show some level of strength against bigger teams and possibly win them.

This round, Monaco have a tricky match away vs Lille since both are doing well. Monaco is better when you see the ranking but Lille is better when they are playing home so we might see Nice keeping the first place place this time.
PSG will play vs Brest today which suffered negative results in the latest matches. Mbappe, Ramos and Hakimi are included in the starting eleven, I expect them to win.

As I said in yesterday's post, this match will be a tough match for Manano. Considering from my point of view, Monaco is a team that has not yet reached a consistent stage. In the first half, Manaco was slightly better in possession. However, regarding opportunities, Lille was much better because they were able to maximize them into goals. although in reality technically it is not much different. What is certain is that Lille was able to take the lead in the 32nd and 42nd minutes. Continuing the second half, Manaco increased the aggressiveness of his attacks and controlled 65% of the ball. 4 shots on target, out of 10 attempts, only 1 big chance. Unfortunately, Monaco was unable to score a single goal in this match. This match matches my predictions, this week there will be changes in the standings of the top four Ligue 1 standings.

In the previous match, it was between Brestois and PSG.
To be honest, I didn't watch this game. However, it seems that Brest as the home team put up quite an interesting resistance. Referring to match statistics, the home team took a total of 20 shots although only 5 shots were on target, 2 big opportunities. Even though technically PSG was much better, Brest put up interesting resistance and were able to score 2 goals. However, fortunately PSG was able to win this match even though they scored the decisive goal at the end of the match in the 89th minute.  With this victory, PSG finally shifted Monaco's ranking, which fell against Lille  while Lille is currently ranked 4th. at the top of the standings is Nice, which is only 1 point ahead of PSG.

Mbappe brought victory to PSG in the last minute scoring a goal so that the score was 2 - 3 for PSG's victory, playing at home Brest performed very well and they played as hard as possible not to lose points but unfortunately PSG played better than them, PSG also had difficulties to score in the second half but Mbappe managed to score a goal in the last minute and got the full three points today occupying second place in the current standings.

Brest has to admit the greatness of PSG even though at the beginning I was still a little doubtful about betting on PSG but I was sure that betting on PSG would risk losing money but the fact is that PSG managed to get a win against Brest, a match that was quite tough made me a little frustrated but at least they managed to win it .

Yes indeed, I also didn't think that Brest would be able to have a good fight in this match . Because after all, in the previous match infact, Brest did not get a win in the previous three matches. So ya, with the defeat suffered in this match, it makes Brest go through four matches without a win this moment. But even so, at least Brest managed to almost to get a draw in the match against PSG but unfortunately, Brest still not lucky enough tobe able to maintain a score 2-2 to get draw with one point . But about PSG, congratulations on getting full points in this match . Because it is clear, that PSG still has great ambitions, and PSG still need point in every match to be able to return to the top of the Ligue 1 standings this season.

At the early stages of the season they were underperforming and left everyone wondering what was wrong with the team however it seems they rediscovered their form and are currently doing very well recently, even though they're not very consistent in winning but atleast they've not lost their last 5 league matches they won 3 and drew 2, there performance yesterday against Nantes was very impressive and i was surprised to see that they scored up to 4 goals without any reply from Nantes.

 Lens are also doing very well in the UCL game they're currently 2nd place behind Arsenal and that's who they'll be playing against in their next match,last time both teams met it ended up with a 2-2 draw but it not end so again because they're be playing Arsenal at home, however if they work hard enough they could share points again.

Honestly they are not all that great right now neither but doing better for sure. They got 1 draw and 4 losses for a total of 1 points on their first 5 games, and they got 3 wins and 2 draws for a total of 11 points on their second 5 game run. That is definitely a great run and should be congratulated but not entirely sure how further they could go with that. I think it's clear that we are talking about a situation that will take a while, but I believe that we are going to have to wait and see before we can make a judgement.

Sometimes teams have hard time starting because their summer didn't go according to plan, it could be injuries, it could be just not caring and not training and just vacationing a lot, it could be late transfers that didn't adjust in time, there could be many reasons why a team may not start all that well. I think it's obvious that we are not going to get the advantage that we require when we are talking about something like this.

As for PSG they played as usual relying on Mbappe's contribution desperately. He was nearly messing it up though as he missed the penalty right before their winning goal. I was expecting a win by a close score from PSG in this game so I'm not surprised. However I hope that we see other members of the team scoring more goals in the future also. Otherwise I can't imagine what PSG can do in the absence of Mbappe for some reason.

Extraordinary! Finally we can see that Lens can win with a big score this season and they beat Nantes with a score of 4-0 without reply. Lens is doing their job well and slowly but surely they are able to be in the top 10 of the standings this week. What we hoped for finally came true and Lens answered all the doubts we had so far. This also provides a good record in their last 5 matches without losing a single game. It seems that Lens have found a solution to the problems they have faced since the start of the season and I am happy to see them return to their best performance.

This was their 3rd win in Ligue 1 this season, after they struggled so much at the start of the season that they were knocked off the top of the table. This victory will make their motivation even greater to continue to slowly improve their ranking in the standings. 5 Games without defeat is a very good result, especially if we compare with their 5 matches at the beginning which had to swallow 4 defeats.
Their game has also improved, which is a good sign because this is the beginning, they can still improve even more.

It is clear that the comparison is quite significant and Lens can immediately turn the bad results they got at the start into something worth fighting for now. Maybe we will see Lens gradually recover and of course this victory over Nantes is very important to help improve their performance in the future. Competition in Ligue 1 is still open to anyone and Lens will once again try to do the same thing as last season and do not want to continue to be in a downward spiral. If we look at the next match, Lens will face Lorient who are at the bottom of the standings and I think this time Lens will win the match again.

They are not really finding back their dominant game. I don't know why because the players they have are really strong especially in the offense. It seems that they mostly suffer from inconsistencies in their defense, but even then they have lots of games that they win in the last few minutes.

This is not an easy hypothesis to say what would be if Mbappe plays in a team with a midfielder like Bellingham because at the moment it looks like Bellingham benefits from the fact that there is no center forward. If he were pulled further back into the midfield, maybe a lot of his efficiency would be lost. What he is playing right now is crazy, but I think it has to do with the position he is given and also with the space and responsibility he has for the team. That would change when a player like Mbappe joined them.

One of the characteristics of a team that are potential league winners is that there are matches that they won't aren't convincing enough to get all three points but still ends up winning the game and the outcome of Paris Saint Germaine game against Brest looks like one of those results.  Well in my opinion i think playing both Bellingham and Mbappé in one team would work perfectly they're both good  finishers and would have their chances at a goal if you noticed against Barcelona Jude Bellingham didn't have to be in the 18yard box to score the 1st goal against the got a  chance outside the box to shoot a volley into the goal post he's a kind of player that could score from anywhere around the box when he gets chance to.

This round was a round of games with many surprises in all the leagues that I follow and place my bets on, it seemed like it was normal for a team to be winning comfortably and for them to draw and lose or win. in this case of PSG it was something much stranger because the favorite team is bigger than in this case and PSG was winning by 2 goals, they were supposed to maintain a good defense and thus achieve a more relaxed victory, but to my shock in 10 minutes PSG conceded 2 goals, it becomes a joke when the scenario is that the first goal they conceded was in the 43rd minute of the 1 half and just when the game starts in the 2 half they suffer the second goal and the game is tied

PSG's luck was that they scored a goal in the 88th minute, very close to the end of the game and with that they managed to win this game, but Nice also won and with that PSG remains in second place, but the difference in points with the first place and only 1 point, and speaking of first place, nice are currently in first place, in just 9 games they scored 11 goals and conceded 4 goals, they have one of the worst attacks, but they have the best defense, I don't know how they manage still remain at the top of the table with their weak attack, but their good defense could undoubtedly make them finish in a good position. something that would allow them to go into the European champions league

Nice's next game will be against Rennes, without a doubt it will be a very difficult game for Nice, I don't know if they will be able to win, but at least a draw is more likely to be achieved or even a victory, while PSG will have a game that it won't be very difficult but it won't be very easy either, although the opponent is not very strong, it is still an opponent that has decent results, so PSG will need to play cautiously and have good defense if they want to come out of this game with victory and who knows, maybe they will take the first position

Real Madrid is building a youthful squad and Mbappé could be the next factor. it is going up and down for PSG. For the time being I think the game in the Champions League silenced many of the critical voices as they now have a realistic chance to advance to the next round. The next game will be key, if they don't lose that I think they can confidently look forward to the rest of the group stage. But it will be a tough game for them. With every game it also becomes obvious why PSG is fighting to hard to keep Mbappe. He is contributing either with goals or assists in almost 50% of the time PSG scores a goal. He is one of those players who can't be replaced 1:1 and I am sure that the PSG bosses know it would hit them hard if he leaves the club soon.
