If I want to judge by Monacos performance so far, I will  pick PSG as my favourite for this game but then again PSG had been of slight inconsistency, so you may not want to bank on them all that but you can still have some trust for their performance even as it does not promise to be an easy one. While things are not looking very bright for Lens right now, the 4 points is not realy a huge advantage, especially considering Lens will play against PSG at home on 12th April, so it will be on them to get 3 points closer.
PSG has been losing points fairly often this season, so I say Lens is still in the game, but they can't allow themselves to make any more mistakes.

PSG's win against Le Havre was not very convincing, but they still dominated quite a lot in ball possession and shots on goal. PSG scored their goal in the first half, so it was on Le Havre to start playing more aggressively and take risks, but it doesn't look like they did much.

PSG's next game is against Monaco at home. Hopefully, that game will be more interesting.

The gap has reached 4 points between them and PSG because of their own fault on the recent 2 weeks... So yes, now Lens are in a worse condition in terms of title race.

Monaco is a team that PSG cannot take lightly. On several occasions PSG has struggled when facing Monaco. In their last meeting in the fourteenth round of Ligue 1 Monaco defeated PSG. In the first leg of the Champions League playoffs PSG also struggled against Monaco even though they won by a margin of 1 goal. And in the second leg of the Champions League PSG also struggled against Monaco and even ended in a draw although PSG ultimately qualified on aggregate. So I personally believe Monaco could pose a threat to PSG in the upcoming 25th round of Ligue 1. I also noticed something interesting when both teams faced Rennes. A few weeks ago PSG was defeated by Rennes by margin of 2 goals. But a few weeks ago Monaco defeated Rennes by margin of four goals. What are your thoughts?

Surely, given the situation they are in now, PSG cannot take any team lightly and they must be aware that they can concede some important goals that they don't expect. They must work very well on their defense because from what i see, Monaco is a very offensive team that has no problem scoring goals.

I don't think that there is actually any serious surprise in PSG dominating the league, as PSG has been one of the few teams that, has been up high in the past five to six seasons bot in the local league and the champions League also which has culminated in PSG winning the champions League, a title PSG has been craving for since as they were fighting for champions League glory. It has been a while a team from the from the French ligue 1 won the champions League.

We all know the quality of Paris Saint-Germain. Right now, PSG are still one of the strong favorites to win both the Champions League and the French league. I especially can't imagine another team winning the French league. If another team wins the French league, it would be chaos for Paris Saint-Germain. What's important for them right now are their Champions League matches. They have two tough matches against Chelsea and they need to eliminate them. If they succeed, they can continue their successful run in the quarter-finals.

PSG will face two tough matches next week against Monaco and Chelsea in the Champions League and they currently hold a 4 point lead in the standings. So I'd say Enrique will likely focus on the Chelsea match rather than the Monaco match by rotating his players.

The Chelsea match is more important for PSG right now, especially since Chelsea aren't an easy team to beat. They lost to Chelsea in the Club World Cup final a few months ago, so Enrique likely doesn't want to make the same mistake. That doesn't mean the Monaco match isn't worth considering it's also a crucial match to maintain a solid lead at the top of the standings. It seems that rotating some players against Monaco could also lead to a win especially since PSG have dominated their last two matches against Monaco. Last year, especially after the playoffs, Paris Saint-Germain went into unbeaten mode. They eliminated all the Premier League teams one by one, reaching the final. In the final, they experienced a historic 5-0 victory against Inter. Will we experience something similar this year? Paris Saint-Germain is still very strong and will continue this performance. Right now, their first obstacle seems to be Chelsea.

I totally agree with you that keeping up with the consistency of PSG is something that no team will be able to do in the Ligue 1 because even as PSG isn't playing at their full potential this season, PSG is still topping the Ligue 1 table by four points. I was rooting for Lens to break the dominance of PSG in the Ligue 1 this season and at some point they were showing sign that they are capable of dethroning PSG this but after they dropped back-to-back points, I think it will be difficult for them to break the dominance of PSG.

I didn't like the way PSG got the win though. Only 1-0 against a team like Le Havre? Their opponent had so many goal attempts as well but not even a 1.00 xG anyway for them.

The gap difference is not really enormous as you say it is but I think for PSG it's enough to win the league. No matter how close other teams are PSG somehow always find a way to win the league so i don't think they are really worried about any team getting too close. They are currently 4 points ahead with some games to play, I hope whatever they do now they won't throw away many points again because any points dropped now will be a problem.

They are not in their best form but getting the three points was important and it doesn't matter how they got it, winning with just a goal was vital so far it brings the 3 points so they can extend the lead. Their performance needs to be improved if they want to keep winning, they are playing Monaco next an opponent that can't be underrated. Monaco is a strong teams so they should approach the match with all seriousness.

Four points isn't nothing though. But four points here this stage in this format? It weighs more than it used to. They reduced the number of teams in the league a couple years ago, 18 teams now. Every game counts more. That Rennes loss in February. One bad night and there they were, Lens.

And look PSG grinding out a 1-0 win at Le Havre. They created a ton of chances. The keeper just had a bonkers game. Sometimes that happens.

People say "Monaco is strong" like it's a general statement but it's actually very specific. They hunt the space behind PSG's fullbacks. Their whole plan works. It's worked repeatedly. PSG have also just come through a brutal Champions League playoff with these same Monaco guys. Won, but barely. And they've got Chelsea coming in Europe too. Lens are domestic this season only. I'm not saying PSG lose the league. I'm saying that the assumption that they're just going to coast from here annoys me. Because it doesn't take into account how strange and tight it has been this whole campaign.

What you say is true, but PSG also eliminated Monaco from the Champions League this season, albeit by a narrow aggregate after a draw in the second leg. And they'll meet again in Ligue 1 soon, under similar circumstances, as the match will be at PSG's home ground, so the home side will need to be extra cautious if they want to win. If PSG lose again at home, Lens could close in on PSG's points tally in Ligue 1 this season, and they'll continue to exert pressure until the end of the season.

For months, Lens looked like they could maybe have a chance to win, but now they are looking like they have no chance at all. I get that it may not be that great of a situation at the end but we are talking about something that will not be an easy week for them at all.

They lost last week and got a tie this week which allows PSG to already have four points ahead, and that's not going to close down anytime soon. Lens even lead the league for a long time, but now it looks like it's all over. PSG will just focus on UCL like you guys said.

PSG has been ruling this league because,  there has not been any strong opposition coming from the rest of the teams playing in this league. This is not too good for the development of the league especially when it comes to European competition because, apart from PSG you can't point another team that has been consistent challenging for any of the European trophies in the past four to three seasons.
