This is obviously understandable and think this should be resolved if possible. Although I've not checked the spreadsheet If his name is still there but he shouldn't complain to the public when he knows that he should have politely refund the extra pay if necessary. Things like this happens almost everytime in different signatures, so I think he should just try to have a dialogue with the campaign manager, very simple!

I guess there aren't enough high-ranking members joining their campaign that's why they decided to accept even if the account has a negative tag. also, their campaign manager probably considers the negative feedback and decides whether he deems the negative feedback valid or not.

Hello, I posted 2 posts on TrustPilot but 1xbit replied once, 1 week ago and still I haven't received any reply what about my deposit, so I'm trying luck here.
I see my case is the same as other users, so I'm not surprised. 1xbit say, they don't confiscate users deposited funds, but I am a proof that it not true.

I deposited 0.4 ethereum, won about 0.4, so 0.8 ethereum was at my account, I requested withdrawal and insantly was logged out from my account. Support asked me to write to their security department.

In case of an account being closed - our security checks it and, depending on the results, restores or refunds it - in both scenario funds are being returned to a player. It is written in our ToS and seen here on the forum.

It's pretty well known that live Table Tennis betting has been a weak spot when it comes to players exploiting bad lines from online books.  There are tons of matches, the quality of coverage is poor, and the pace is very fast with new lines after every point which can happen as fast as every 10-15 seconds.  If a player can find a live stream or update source just a few seconds ahead of the Casino, they can place wagers that they know have already won.

With that in mind, lets look at the time line of facts this guy has shared so far.

Nov 14th he signs up for 1xbit, makes two deposits for 500 and 890 USDT and places 5 bets, all of which are settled within the same hour.

He loses 490 on a soccer match and then loses 3 Tennis bets for 20, 30 and 25 USDT before the bet in question here:

Table Tennis: Fedorov vs Pinkovsky, while the first set was being played he bet 680 USDT that Pinkovsky would win by more than 3.5 points.

From his screen shot we can see that 1xBit had the live score as 7-10


In table tennis you play to 11, and you have to win by 2, which means he was essentially betting on the outcome of a single point.  If Pinkovsky won the point, he would win the set by 4 points.  If he lost the point, it would be impossible for him to win the set by more than the 3.5 point handicap.

This situation is exactly what it would look like if the bettor had access to a live feed just a few seconds ahead of the sportsbook.

Turns out Pinkovsky won the point.  They voided the bet.  And the next day he created a new bitcointalk account to post in this thread.


I don't think it's ok for any book to regularly put themselves in this situation.  If their tech can't keep up with all the table tennis lines in real time, they shouldn't offer action.  Or at the very least there needs to be a third party archiving all the action with time stamps so that there's proof one way or the other.  Eventually, innocent bettors will get caught up in the cat and mouse game between the house and players taking advantage of them.

This situation looks pretty clear to me though.  I think sarvankr made that live bet because he knew what the outcome would be and now he's playing us for fools pretending that he didn't.

And that goes back to my question that I've been asking since the beginning, why OP doesn't post proof that certain clients are cheaters, why is it so hard to do that? in your example and thanks to a forum member who explained that the person complaining could probably be cheating, it wasn't the OP who took the trouble to explain and show evidence. besides, it seems to me that it's just these two cases, in general there are still many complaints and I doubt that from so many of these complaints, they are all cheaters.

hi to all forum members, i want to show proof of my account on 1xbit. Yesteday I created account on 1xbit and deposited 250 usdt and then I lost that 252 usdt, and deposited 300 usdt. THen I won two games from table tennis and I get log out from my account after 5 minutes. I tried to login but cannot anymore. I wrote email and they said this after 12 hours:

I understand your arguments very well and I also think that KYC verification could help eliminate some scammers. 1xbit has already responded to similar proposals:

1xBit doesn't disclose personal information. Many players choose 1xBit for the opportunity to bet without leaving any personal info, and that could be done only if we do not disclose our info either.
By showing our internal information, our whole community could be at risk of being revealed, so we do not and will never do so.

Apparently, anonymity is more important than changing company policy. There is always something for something.

Tried to withdrawal, and then my account goes locked and cannot login. Then I sent email and they said stopping cooperation with me because violated terms? What terms? I did two bets, freaking two bets and you are telling me I have violated any terms? You are thief you know that? I will show to all people here the screenshots proof of my bets I did, and picture is before I did the bet, and after the bet won, so you are not giving me access to login to my account, and also not giving my money on my account.What is this? Is this any kind of illegal activity you are doing to all people who will win something there? Anyway I have never did any withdrawal money there and you not give me my money!
