I do not know where to turn anymore. They keep my money.
Yesterday I did account on 1xbit.com make deposit of 650 usdt then betting on live games table tennis and tennis, also casino.
Then I lose some games some games win, and tried to withdraw 642 usdt to my wallet. Then they logged me out from my account and I cannot back there. Also I didnt get my money on my wallet. Then sent email to security of 1xbit, they told me closing my account because some rules are violated, and they not explaned what rules? I am pretty sure I have not broke any rules because i made my account yesterday and bet on my accoun only 2 hours and not make any big money, i have tried to withdraw low than my deposit. And still cannot login to withdraw my money who is lower than my deposit , 642 USDT. I dont know what is this, but if they not give me my money who is lowerd than my deposit this is ultimate scam and fake. Hope this will be fixed and I will have my money. I have picture from my account and numbers and deposits so for faster detect my account i will post here

Wrong. 1xbit does steal money which is why their reputation is down the drain.

In case of an account being closed - our security checks it and, depending on the results, restores or refunds it - in both scenario funds are being returned to a player. It is written in our ToS and seen here on the forum.

The same pattern should apply here, once we got a reply about your case - we will post it in this thread. But still you will receive an email in case you didn't yet.

Wrong. The true pattern is stealing customer winnings and deposits and claiming that the customer is at fault by providing detailed excuses without proper proof through emails, posts in this thread etc.

Edited: Screenshot shows that at the time of publishing the post with the information about closing signature campaign, in the topic of the thread was "(full)" - means is open but no more spots. Bitcointalk saves topic, and if the topic changes, it show up in next post. Topic of the thread was changed to "(over)" after publishing that post. It perfectly shows when exactly campaign was closed (after publishing that post, so October 26) and the manager and the support team were fully aware of this.

I am aware how difficult situation of 1xBit is. However, I see a significant improvement in the handling of complaints and overall support. I realize that image repair in this case will be a very difficult process, but I believe it will happen someday.

I am not blind and I can see complaints. The biggest problem is that in the past, 1xBit support has neglected Bitcointalk.org, which has built up a huge aversion.
I am also aware that the policy of not disclosing the details of violating the regulations does not help to improve the image.
