We seem to be going in circles. The reason I reached out here for help was because your support email did not help me tell what T&C did I actually violate. Looks like you are as useless as they are. Since the only thing, I can do now is give you a negative rating, I have done it. I can remove it if you can give me my fair winnings.

P.S: For everyone reading this, they can scam you anytime. I was their customer since December and they pulled this scam on me in May because I won ~13.4mbtc in one day with a deposit of ~1.5mbtc. So if anyone here still plays there hoping that they wont be scammed you are 100% wrong. Withdraw your money and stay away from this site!

these people are organized and knowledgeable about how to run scams and be successful on this.

My winnings were 100% received in a fair way. So if you make accusations like this, then provide the forum community with the match or matches were you acuused me from to played unfair, and then the communicty can judge about it. But I am 100% sure the winnings were won fairly. You ony dont like it that I won 0.5 BTC. So you can post my betting history here. i can't, since I can not login anymore.
This is just another excuse not to pay out!

Our security team has checked your account and found no funds that require to be refunded. Which means a player have withdrawn an amount that bigger or equals to his deposits amount, or the bets were simply lost.

Yeah there are some Players that did not experience such scamming issue but you can count them in your fingers when the victims are thousands accounts    and Until how long you will deny your scamming? until when you'll deny that there are really victims here? day after day there are coming issues here and there.

According to your rules my bet 19316143389 is not lost. The 3rd map went to overtime so it should be voided because it isn't REGULAR TIME. My bet had no overtime option as you can see here the very same market.

what is the problem you had? It is always good that you post the problem here and then file a scam accusations, in case your problem is not solved, this will serve to alert other people about your problem and about the fact that they have not solved it if they do not solve people will find out

My bet didn't include Overtime and there is no Draw option so it should be voided obviously not Lost.
Counter strike games ends at 30 rounds maximum. 3rd map ended 15-15 then Overtime was played.

Sorry to break it to you, but when you play on CS:GO best of 3 maps, whatever the result is in the third map it counts as a "regular time".
It counts for the whole match, because on the drop down menu you can choose to bet each map specifically or the whole match.

Why would you assume that, if regular time is not overtime, and my bet do not include overtime? Also I was told from chat support that it would be voided but it wasn't. Makes no sense. On basketball etc if you bet on regular time is regular time.
There is only one exception made on rules regarding to total score and handicaps:
