strange that I still haven't seen them show proof even in the "small" cases. when I talk about proof I'm talking about posting a print screen of the offender's account with an image of the infraction. in any case they seem to have not yet realized that the best thing they can do is to solve all cases transparently, and that means posting proof and not saying that their security team did things X and Y and detected a cheating case and for this reason they are returning the deposit but as the person lost in the bets then he has nothing to return... I don't understand anything. if the person made a deposit of value X and committed some infraction and their deposit was supposed to be refunded then why don't they refund 100% of the deposit? he gives an explanation I can't understand
