What destroys the Chelsea team is the change of owners.  After the change of ownership and the sack of Tuchel occurred, the Chelsea team hasn't found themselves as strong as they used to after all the money spent on signing new players and changing coaches. A bad season for Chelsea.
Calling out for Pochettino's sack is what Chelsea management and fans would want to see happening in Chelsea soon because it's like they are building the Chelsea team from scratch with a new set of players in the team. yep, you are stating very correct facts.
a team can survive and achieve success always through a long process, not instant and it all requires solid cooperation between players and as long as Chelsea doesn't always change coaches, at least give the new coach the opportunity for 2 seasons, we can see how it develops.
We can see the example of a team like Man City which was initially replaced by a new coach but maintained that there was always improvement in every season and last season managed to get a treble winner. with this example, it can provide innovation to other teams to gain that experience and put it into practice in their own teams and it's natural that you dont blame Pochettino because he is a new coach and needs a long time to be able to bring his team to a higher level.

In my opinion, Pochettino should be given the opportunity to build Chelsea. It is not easy to build a squad that experienced bad luck in the previous season. Chelsea's next matches are against Crystal Palace and Luton. These two should not be difficult opponents for Chelsea. Currently Pochettino is rebuilding the Chelsea squad and as you said it requires a lot of support from various parties such as the club board or fans. That's true, a team must be able to work as hard as possible to achieve success. If the club doesn't have fighting spirit and motivate each other, success will be difficult to achieve, whereas Chelsea's current problem is the lack of motivation for the players so that the players are not able to work optimally. Chelsea needs strong encouragement between the players, coaches and management. So far, it seems like Chelsea seems too stressed with endless mistakes.

Chelsea showed signs of improvement this season that they did last season so the management of Chelsea will give the coach a lot of time to fix the team. I think Pochettino will be given till next season before it will be decided based on the performance of the team, either to keep him or find a replacement. Some coaches do not have instant impact on a team, some of them take their time to settle in. I still see the Chelsea coach as still settling in.

What improvement is it? i don't even see any improvements happened to the chelsea. Chelsea is just becoming even worst than before and this club is very inconsistent right now with so many bad things around it. Pochettino has been failed to help this club to be even better.

This time, I'm not thrilled with the draw result for the MU vs Aston Villa match. Aston Villa's performance is solid right now, while Man United is currently in a bit of a slump. Too much talk and rumours currently about the Chelsea future which is creating confusion but after some bad period now we have positive changes into their performance even they are still having not good results, but it's time to allow Pochettino some support because he can bring more improvement which will bring consistency and improved quality but if management done again a wrong decision like they have done in Thomas Tuchel case then surely we will have more troubles and confusion in this club which will bring them down, and they could be not able to have anything positive in long run.

Chelsea's management have to understand they are creating things which are not going to settle quickly with few coaches as we all know take time for better results and this is surely time for supporting the current system and allow players to come out of the dilemma and play their natural game which will help them.

Reading your post about Rashford I immediately agreed and thought I give it a second look to find out what his performance data is as a left winger with the mission to score and assist goals. My god, this guy has really gone from bad to worse. Last season he scored 30 goals and gave 11 assists in all games played (56). This season he scored 2 goals (including 1 penalty) and gave 4 assists in all games played (22).

Frankly, I am out of words when I saw that. I knew he wasn't doing well, but this is by no means enough for someone who was said to be the next English superstar. He is 26 years old now and it is time for him to grow up. It was time for him to grow up 4-5 years ago, but now he is running out of time.

This is a very dark end to 2023 for Manchester United after only being able to occupy 4th place in the Champions League group stage and being eliminated, on the other hand in the EPL they currently sit in 8th position in the standings. It's ironic that one of Europe's giant clubs with a long history has to experience something like this and tonight they will still have a match against Aston Villa.

Manchester united are not the same in any way and that's why they have accumulated this much defeat on their home soil and I doubt that the red devils can with unai emery and moreover he has some winning records against Manchester united when he was at Seville and I know he would love to continue by winning this game. Of it's was another other period I can bet that Manchester would given them a really though game but this Aston villa team has evolved and I doubt that Manchester united can survive them, I mean if Manchester city and arsenal couldn't survive then it's clear what might happen to united.

As it is right now, it is obvious that the current strength of the Man Utd team won't withstand the strength of the Aston Villa squad, but I would like to take a different view of the game, seeing a lot of sites predicting Aston Villa to win the game is something that sometimes go the unexpected way, So I risked on Manchester United to win the game and seeing that they lost their last game against West Ham United they wouldn't want to lose again, plus the pattern or the leg with which this season is going, it might be shocking to see Manchester United win Aston Villa in this game.

 Man UTD game against Aston villa will be tough but we know who are the clear favorites to win in that game but I'm interested in the Newcastle united and Nottingham Forest match because these two are need the points very much. For Eddie Howe, his side hasn't being impressive of late, losing in the weekend to Luton and after they got dropped out of the champions league,one would think they would be amongst the top four but their troubles seem to mount after they played Chelsea in the Carabao cup and lost. The bookies have placed them as faces to win the game with oddd of 1.44 to Nottingham's 8.00 but with how Luton who had 12.00 defeated them last time, it means they can be taken unaware by Nuno Espirito Santos men but we can't be too sure considering they too lost to Bournemouth. Well to be fair, they managed to score two goals and it would have ended in a draw had it not been for Dominic Solanke's late goal.
 The game would certainly have goals in it but who will win? I can't say.
