Manchester United need a few more seasons to finish above Manchester City and Liverpool. Not a single player is present at Old Trafford at this time which is their target. Erik ten Hag must have submitted the name of the player he wanted to the club officials to sign. So, we can't be sure that next season Manchester United will be able to compete with Manchester City and Liverpool, although the quality of ETH success in the Netherlands while coaching Ajax has been proven, but not in England.

Last season Rashford had 25 Premier League chances and I think that is enough to prove his quality. It's just that he was not in his best form last season where he only managed to score 4 goals and 2 assists. Those are not satisfactory statistics from a striker like him who plays for a top team in the Premier League.

Nunez is a player who can change everything for Liverpool in the way of scoring more goals. It is going to be very critical for the team to be more productive next season. Because Manchester City also have made a huge transfer like Erling Haaland. Liverpool will need to have a tougher fight against them to leave them behind in the standings.

Seems like Haaland transferred is slowly triggering other big clubs in PL to make some good signings. Spurs seems to be on the move now confirming Bissouma (talented defensive midfielder from Brighton) and there are some reports about Richarlison to Spurs.
